Quiet apartment with all amenities and beautiful views

Lovely rustic and typical Majorcan apartment with beautiful views, before all the people and gardens (it is at the top) and back to the Sierra de Tramuntana.

It has two spacious double bedrooms, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with all essential, furnished with fireplace, living room with balcony, hardwood floors and carpeting throughout the house and terrace with outdoor furniture in the rear. All apartments are exterior with windows so it is very bright.

The area is very quiet, easy parking at the door of the house.

All the necessities are available nearby: Free public swimming pool 400m, bus stop line, two supermarkets, restaurants, school ...

The restaurant with a Michelin star located in the Rural Hotel Castell Son Claret 5 stars, and the Galatzó Park National Park, where they can get to know native species, both plants and animals, which exhibits and shows are made, they are a few kilometers.

Easy and close access to beautiful mountain hiking, beautiful views and bicycle paths, and just 3 km nearest beach.

Convenient inexpensive 2 bed room flat

The landlady was charming and could not do enough to please.

The Flat was well equipped, clean and nicely decorated.

Excellent value for money & close to Es Capdella amenities.

Would definitely use it again.
