Casa Chloe is a beautiful, large, comfortable house with roof terrace and stunning panoramic views of the sea, mountains and Nerja town, perfectly located, only 7 minutes walk to Playa Buriana, Nerja's beautiful, award-winning and most popular beach and only 15 minutes walk to the nice restaurant area within the old town of Nerja.

This is the house for you who really want to enjoy your time in Nerja! The house, the comfort, the location, the views, the terraces with its beautiful plants and flowers, the tranquility in the area, the wide range of electronics and kitchen utilities, the pool give you every opportunity for a truly relaxing holiday!

A villa to enjoy:

Start the day at the roof terrace. Enjoy the morning sun, tranquility and views of the sea, Nerja and the beautiful Sierra Almijara mountains. Take a swim in the pool which is only a few meters in front of the house. Eat a good breakfast on the terrace at the side of the house. Relax and get a nice tan at the sun loungers at the roof terrace or relax / read a book in the lounge furniture at the front terrace or at the balcony outside the master bedroom. Stroll down to Playa de Burriana. Swim and dive in the crystal clear water. When you are hungry, you can for example try Ayo's famous paella, cooked over an open fire. Always a lot of guests. Always good. When you come home from the beach, it's nice to take a swim in the pool. Relax in one of the sofas in the living room or in the stylish lounge furniture, on the front terrace or in the shadow beside the lemon tree at the backside terrace. Some may want to see a movie or play video games on big screen TV in the ground floor. Here is place enough for many, in the new sofa and in the armchair. There are showers in the 2 fresh bathrooms and there are some outdoor showers as well. There is a bath-tub at the bathroom upstairs. 2 bedrooms are located on the lower floor and 3 are located on the upper level, which make the house ideal for 2 families or a large family/group. We have had many groups who have a had a great time celebrating their jubilee birthdays in our house.

The kitchen, hall, dining place, salon, and guest toilet is located at the entrance level. The dinner can be cooked at the grill on the terrace beside the house or in the bright, well-equipped kitchen.

Enjoy a drink before the dinner at the roof terrace while watching the day's last rays of the sun, and the silhouettes of the mountains and the city at sunset. The dining table and comfortable chairs on the terrace next to the house invites for long dinners in the warm night. Would you rather eat in Nerja is a pleasant walk of about one quarter to the restaurant district of Old Town.

When you go to bed you enjoy the large built-in wardrobes with enough space for your clothes and the comfortable beds (2 new king size beds and 6 single beds), the air condition in the 3 upper bedrooms and the remote controlled fans and the fresh air in the bedrooms at the ground floor.

Cleaning of a property maintenance company is included in price. Freshly-made beds, shower-towel and towel for hands are provided.

Nerja is considered by many to be the most beautiful coastal town on the Costa del Sol. The city has managed to retain its charm, with narrow pedestrian streets, white low houses, neat squares, hundreds of restaurants, outdoor cafes and tapas bars as well as the beautiful Balcony of Europe. It is also close to the famous caves, mountain village of Frigiliana, nice hikes in the mountains, the Alhambra Palace in Granada and great skiing possibilities in Sierra Nevada.

About Lotta

I am offering our beautiful villa for rent together with my wife Lotta. We bought the house in 2015. Since then we have to moved to Mijas (1 hour drive from Nerja) in Spain, since I am working in Malaga.

We let the house for vacation rentals. We are very keen that all our tenants should have a very enjoyable vacation and that you as a tenant should leave Casa Chloe very satisfied and wanting to return to Casa Chloe and Nerja again.

The house is very beautiful and well equipped! We have electrical awnings to provide shadow at front terrace, a lovely terrace at the side of the house, a back terrace where you always can find shadow and the roof terrace with panoramic views, 8 sun loungers and shower! The BBQ Gas grill at the side terrace is very easy manage and here you can make excellent BBQ dinners at the terrace which have several beautiful plants and flowers! The TV room / Game room downstairs is very appreciated, especially among our younger guests.

Väldigt bra läge - lugnt läge med utsikt över hav, Nerja samt bergen och utsikt från terrass och underbar takterass. Nära city och skönt att klara sig utan bil för att komma till stranden och Nerja för att äta på kvällarna. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka igen.

The house is very beautifully located at a hill with magnificent views, only 600 meter walk down to the most popular beach in Nerja - Playa Burriana and the Sierra Almirjara mountains behind with peaks up to 1700 meters.

It is only 5 minutes to walk to the closest restaurants and bars and only 15 minutes walk to the genuine old city center of Nerja!

The location between the sea and the mountains make it an ideal location for outdoor activities like swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, other water activities, walking/staying on the beach, running, cycling / walking / horse riding or 4 wheel driving in the mountains.

From December to April you can go skiing in Sierra Nevada (90 minutes by car)

There are also several golf courses within 30 minutes by car.
