Great first line beach-front property. The property is completely new and decorated in a Moroccan style. Very warm and comfortable. With a total of 5 bedrooms on 4 floors it takes a maximum of 10 people. The property has got a garage for 1 car and there is also plenty of space to park outside in the street. This property has got a fantastic outside space, where you can enjoy the sun, the sea or have a BBQ. When walking into the property you see a modern fully fitted kitchen. From the kitchen you walk out to the lounge, where you have seating for 5, outside there is a dining area for 6 and another lounge area where 6 people can sit. Downstairs there is one room with single beds and a big space to chill on the Moroccan seats. (**photo shows Projector that is not available at the moment**) Upstairs (1st floor) you find 3 king-size bedrooms, tastefully decorated, 2 of them share a family bathroom and the main bedroom has got an en-suite. The top floor has got a spacious bedroom with 2 single beds, a terrace with amazing views of the beach and another big bathroom. The property is fully air-conditioned (1st floor is integrated and works together). This property has got WIFI throughout the house and is included in the price, same as you also find flat screen TVs in every bedroom with English / Russian / Spanish / Arabic television.

West of Estepona - First Line Beach. The house is located in a quiet seafront urbanization on the beach of Playa Lobon on the western outskirts of Estepona. We recommend a car in this property, but the port of Estepona and the famous Playa del Cristo is only a 20 minute walk away. On a km distance you have a very nice restaurant and you also have the possibility to walkover the road (by bridge) on the other side you will find more restaurants / pharmacy and on the entrance of Estepona there is a petrol station close by for urgent necessaries. The closest Supermarket would be Mercadona and is about 2 km away.

  • In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
    You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
    We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
    Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
    Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
    Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
    Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
