First class customer service from the moment we first enquired, through booking and questions about our stay, right up until our welcome upon arrival.
Facilities: house was beautiful, excellently finished with good size and nicely done rooms. The garden was spacious, well kept and with our amazing weather was an absolute treat. The wifi was dodgy at times which did have an effect when trying to play our music through the speakers but was to be expected in the rural setting. We made full use of the hot tub and this was the real treat throughout the stay! All in all an excellent experience would both return and recommend!
We had a ball! Beautiful house with everything you could wish for. Michelle was a very friendly housekeeper and she obviously takes care of this place well. We would come again.
Large house great for get together but still retains family feel.
We had a lovely stay at Stuckdarach for a hen weekend. The house is amazing and the garden is beautiful!
Another fabulous stay (previously stayed at Stuckgowan) and it's certainly true for Stuckdarach that you get what you pay for.
The quality of all the finishings are of a high standard and practically every i has been dotted & t crossed with regards to providing everything you may need for your stay.
The pictures are an accurate reflection of what's on offer & I would have no hesitation in recommending this property.
A group of 12 of us stayed in Stuckdarach last weekend and had the best time. The house is beautifully decorated with every detail thought of. We were able to use the annex as additional space to stay and there was more than enough room for all of us. The house has all the amenities required and provides some luxury too. We loved the kitchen and the 2 dishwashers!! The bathrooms and bedrooms are all really high spec with the living areas having everything we needed for a large group.
Michelle and her husband were contactable and really helpful throughout the weekend too.
Will recommend on and will be back.
Only thing I would say, and this isn't much in your control but just as an FYI for others staying - taxis seem to be really expensive and cost £30 for a car to take 4 down to Luss which is about 7 miles away. Just wondering if it would be worth contracting a company to work with you at better rates and get your customers to only call them! It would have made our trip for 12 to Luss a bit more enjoyable.
