Stayed here as a group of two families. Villa is a lovely size, and true to the great photos. Worked well for us as a group, though a shame that the downstairs bedrooms didn't have at least one en-suite. The kitchen was good, but the only food preparation area was the narrow breakfast bar itself, so could definitely have done without a big ornamental dragon taking up the precious space.
Outside, the villa was fantastic. Great pool area, we all used the gym which was equipped brilliantly. Slightly strange timing system for the Sauna, and if someone was using the jacuzzi, the electricity tripped constantly which made it a bit tricky if others were trying to watch TV or dry hair before going out.
The driveway outside was laid out strangely. Behind the main access gate for cars, there was plenty of room for 2, but we had to keep swapping them over at times as, whilst there was room for at least 3, if not 4 cars, the layout didn't allow for all the space to be used efficiently.
The only other disappointing feature was the access to the upstairs terrace. This was a brilliant space, with more room for sun beds, table and chairs, outside shower, and a sheltered chill out area, but it could only be accessed through the upstairs bedroom. This meant that it just didn't get used as much as it could have been, and an external staircase could easily have been added when the villa was being built.
Overall this is a fantastic villa, but it is at the very top end of the rental market in Playa Blanca, and whilst we really enjoyed and appreciated our stay here, I am not sure that I would pay this much again for the villa given some of the quirks!
