Well equipped flat, good spar shop below. Underground parking secure and convenient. Juan was attentive and very helpful but left us to enjoy our holiday in the knowledge he was available for anything we needed. We love walking the caminos of Gran Canaria. Thanks Juan!
We stayed here during May 2016, we were a little concerned after we booked the apartment as there was no balcony or pool but this was not an issue when we arrived, we were met at the door of the complex by Juan who showed us the parking bay underground. Proceeding up in the lift to the 2nd floor to a very spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a large lounge with large windows giving a very open and airy feel, it has a large 50' TV but we only found 3 channels in English so not much choice and a TV in the main bedroom but again only Spanish channels, maybe Juan can look into this. The wifi was good with a reasonable speed. The kitchen was perfect with plenty of cutlery and crockery and all the gadgets one would find at home. Fully equipped and clean. The apartment has a cot and highchair. The whole apartment was to a high standard and very clean throughout which made our stay all the more enjoyable. There is a Spar downstairs or the big Carrefour in the Atlántico shopping mall 5 minutes away. A car is definitely needed as the motorways are only 5 minutes away, Maspalomas and Playa de Ingles are around 15 - 20 minutes. We found a very nice beach at San Agustine only 10 minutes away. The main high street in Vecindario is only 5 minutes and there is lots of free parking. Lots of cafes and shops and restaurants. One not to be missed is Taberna Emilio, excellent food and great company from the hosts Emilio and Lily. The airport is only 10 minutes away. This apartment was the perfect base for us as it was centrally located to get access around the island. Well worth getting out and about the island to all the little villages and towns, be treated like a local and pay the local prices. Juan was accessible anytime via whatsapp so any issues were dealt with promptly. There are lots of nice play areas locally for the children, we liked that they are very children friendly. Overall a good quality apartment in an ideal location to access all the amenities, shopping, restaurants, beaches, airport etc. A car is a defo though.
This is a large 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, that is well-equipped with modern appliances. One bedroom has a king-size bed while the other room has a single bed. The apartment is situated ideally between Las Palmas in the north and Mas Palomas in the south. The apartment is close to Vecindario, a town with few tourists. This location means that you can avoid the tourists in many of the big cities in Gran Canaria, while a short drive gets you on the main highway. Vecindario also has several nice restaurants (look in TripAdvisor for suggestions). If you want groceries, there is one in the corner, a few steps away from the entrance to the apartment building. The owner, Juan Manuel, is friendly and will go out of his way to help you during your stay. What else could you want? Oh yes, the rental price is very reasonable.
Pünktlich empfing uns Juan vor dem relativ neuen, großen Haus. Ohne unser Nachfragen hatte er uns schon ein Kinderbett für unseren kleinen Sohn ins Schlafzimmer dazugestellt. Ohne aufdringlich zu sein erkundigte er sich oft nach unserem Befinden und bot uns jedesmal Hilfe an.
Bei unserer Anreise war die Wohnung so sauber geputzt, dass wir den Eindruck hatten die ersten Gäste in dem Apartment zu sein. Die Einrichtung ist absolut modern und die gesamte Wohnung schön hell und großräumig.
Sehr praktisch ist auch, dass sich unten im Haus ein Supermarkt befindet und, dass man einen reservierten Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage des Hauses nutzen kann.
Wir wollen uns auf diese Art nochmals für die sehr schöne Zeit bei Juan bedanken.
We stayed in it for a month and we appreciated our "home". Host is responsible and
helpful. Kitchen is well equipped. The flat is clean and new. Big flat screen TV. Two bathrooms it is big+. The inside parking was very much appreciated. Location is ideal for windsurfers or just island visitors as by highway you are super fast. 12 min playa Ingles or 30 min Las Palomas. Love Gran Canaria. Enjoy your holidays! And thank you Juan
Wir wurden freundlich von Juan empfangen, der sehr hilfsbereit alles erklärte. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr komfortabel ausgestattet. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen.
