Lovely 3 bed/ 2 bath townhouse with wi-fi, near beaches/bars, 200m from the sea

Our lovely 3 bedroom/2 bath townhouse is a home away from home. It is fully furnished and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. It has AC fitted for cooling and heating.

The three bedrooms are split over two floors with one double (safe and hairdryer to be found in the wardrobe),one twin and a family bathroom with shower on the first floor and a further twin bedroom on the second floor. All of the bedrooms have fitted ceiling fans as well as ac. From the second floor there is also easy access to the roof terrace where you can soak up the sun in complete privacy all day.

The ground floor comprises of a large lounge diner, separate kitchen and shower room. The lounge diner has the benefit of cable television ( so you don't miss any of your favourite English tv programmes), DVD player, music system, books, free wi-fi, fitted ceiling fan and ac. The fully fitted kitchen offers hob,oven, kettle,toaster, microwave,fridge-freezer, washing machine,iron and ironing board. Adjacent to the kitchen is an enclosed courtyard with an outside sink and shower so you can rinse off your beach things. This is also used for storing the bbq and outside loungers.

Outside on the front terrace is a dining table, chairs and a parasol where you might like to grab a drink, soak up the sun and watch the world go by. .

The house is located 200 metres from the sea and within walking distance of magnificent beaches (many have achieved Blue Flag status) which are connected by a wonderful coastal path. It is only minutes away on foot to the heart of Cabo Roig where you will find a wide variety of shops bars and restaurants catering for all tastes. There is also a large medical centre nearby. It is ideal for families with the location being so near to the beach,all amenities and a lovely communal pool located just 8 doors away which never gets too busy.

A car is not essential for your stay but if you want to get out and about to explore this beautiful area it would be advisable. Easy parking is available just outside the house. There are local buses and taxis available on the doorstep if you need them. Within a 5-minute drive there is La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre, which is the largest shopping mall and leisure complex in the region. There are more than 150 shops including: Primark; Zara & Decathlon which are mainly located on the first floor. There are many restaurants situated on the second floor along with a large area which is given over to childrens attractions. There is also a large supermarket (Alcampo) where you can buy everything you need , a Casino for those who fancy a flutter and a bowling alley.

Beautiful property in a fantastic location.

Just returned from a six night holiday in Cabo Roig and would definitely return, Karen and Steve's house was perfect for our family. The house had everything you could wish for or need while on holiday including toys, DVD's and games, English channels on the TV and extra deckchairs or parasols which could be used by the pool or on the beach. The three bedrooms were a great size and had loads of wardrobe space, the two bathrooms were spotless and all the towels were provided. The kitchen has everything you could think of and was ideal if you wished to self cater. Both the front garden area and the roof terrace were fully furnished and were very peaceful to sit out on and watch the day pass by. The house in located in a quite street but in a perfect area as at one end you can approach the main strip in Cabo Roig which is busting with bars , restaurants and shops , then at the other end you reach a wonderful promenade leading to small rocky coves and perfect sandy beaches hosting a wide variety of water sports to suit all the family. We traveled with 2 teenage boys who loved every minute but especially enjoyed the fantastic pool which we used everyday. The pool itself is a few house up the road and has private key entry, it was always quite in there and the surroundings were truly beautiful. The grassed area around the pool was well kept and the pool was crystal clear, bench seat and parasols were also available to use. We found the whole booking process very easy and Karen answered all our questions and gave us lots of advise before our trip. Jan and Norman who manage the property were very helpful on arrival and were available throughout the trip should we have needed them. The owners have thought of everything for this house and have included several information books detailing all the local amenities, restaurants, days out and also loads on useful information about the property itself. We would definitely recommend this property and its location to anyone as it is perfect for families of any age and also ideal for couples who enjoy beautiful sea walks and fabulous food and entertainment in the evenings.

Karen's property was perfect just the right size for us..The strip with bars and restaurants was just at the top of the street..The pool was only 50yds away and the beach 15mins walk..The thing we both liked about the property very quiet..We really enjoyed it..Thanks Karen..

Perfect Location!

A lovely house, very clean with all the basic essential to make your stay comfortable.

Situated in probably the best spot in Cabo Roig, right in between the strip and the beach.

The strip with its numerous bars and restaurants is less than a 5 minute walk away yet no noise is heard of an evening. We spent most of the beach days at Mil Palmeras which is just a 6 minute drive away though the local ones all looked very nice. A nice and flat area for walking and the street itself is very quiet apart from the odd person walking around, though market day did make parking difficult.

The pool area is stunning, sun 24/7 and quite often there was only us in there.

All in all, you won't go wrong with this accomodation, 5 star!

lovely home

the house is lovely and clean and very well equipped .it has a great location just behind the strip close ,enough but not to close.kids disappointed the pool was under repair the 2 weeks we were there and still not in use when we left.

Owner's Response: I’m very sorry if the pool being closed was an inconvenience but I had not been notified of any issues with it and did not know it was out of commission. Obviously if I had known I would have let you know. The issues have been rectified and the pool is now back in full use. Hope it did not impact in your holiday too much . Karen

Great stay

The house is in a good location. 15 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes from the restaurants.

The house itself is clean and well decorated. With all items you would need on a self catering holiday, especially with a family. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well.

Jan the manager who looks after the property was very helpful. We had a problem with the safe and she came round to help within 30 minutes and arranged for the problem to be sorted.

Cabo Roig (meaning Red Cape) is within an area of outstanding beauty on the Southern Costa Blanca know as the Oriuela Costa.. The name comes from the colour of the cliffs around the Cala Caleta Beach and Marina. The marina has moorings for over 200 boats and the 16th century watchtower overlooking the marina now houses a lovely restaurant. The two main beaches in Cabo Roig - Playa Cala Caleta (next to the marina) and Playa Cala Capitan (on the other side of the cape) are ideal for families with children as they are very safe and clean. The beaches of La Zenia, Playa Flamenca and Campoamar are also within walking distance. There are many more small beaches and coves which can be reached from the lovely coastal path which stretches from Campoamar to Torrevieja. Most of the beaches have a cafe/bar or restaurant, sunbeds and parasols (to rent), and some of the larger ones have water sport facilities available. This area is home to many golf courses the nearest being only a 10 minute drive away. There is a local street market held every Thursday which gets very busy and is popular with locals and tourists alike. There are numerous bars and restaurants on Cabo Roig Strip which are frequented not just by holidaymakers but by locals as well. Many of these provide nightly entertainment throughout the summer months and there is such a diverse range of cuisine everyone should be catered for. Just a 5 min drive away is La Zenia Boulevard which is the largest shopping and leisure centre in the area.There are many parks and nature reserves with walks and cycle paths around the area so there is something for everyone in Cabo Roig.

There are many lovely places to visit whilst staying in Cabo Roig.

Alicante: Whilst most people just fly in to Alicante it is a lovely city to visit with a superb marina and great beaches.

Torrevieja is to the north of Cabo Roig with over 20kms of fantastic beaches, a lovely harbour, two water parks, Habaneras shopping centre and daily craft market . You will find many protected species of birds living on the salt lakes that surround Torrevieja.

Elche is famous for its palm tree orchard which has been declared a heritage site and it is also home to the Rio Safari Park.

Rojales is just 1/2 an hour away where you can visit the cave houses which have been built in to the hillside.

La Manga (famous for its golf course) peninsula and Mar Menor are just 45 mins away.
