Lovely 3 bed/ 2 bath townhouse with wi-fi, near beaches/bars, 200m from the sea

Our lovely 3 bedroom/2 bath townhouse is a home away from home. It is fully furnished and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. It has AC fitted for cooling and heating.

The three bedrooms are split over two floors with one double (safe and hairdryer to be found in the wardrobe),one twin and a family bathroom with shower on the first floor and a further twin bedroom on the second floor. All of the bedrooms have fitted ceiling fans as well as ac. From the second floor there is also easy access to the roof terrace where you can soak up the sun in complete privacy all day.

The ground floor comprises of a large lounge diner, separate kitchen and shower room. The lounge diner has the benefit of cable television ( so you don't miss any of your favourite English tv programmes), DVD player, music system, books, free wi-fi, fitted ceiling fan and ac. The fully fitted kitchen offers hob,oven, kettle,toaster, microwave,fridge-freezer, washing machine,iron and ironing board. Adjacent to the kitchen is an enclosed courtyard with an outside sink and shower so you can rinse off your beach things. This is also used for storing the bbq and outside loungers.

Outside on the front terrace is a dining table, chairs and a parasol where you might like to grab a drink, soak up the sun and watch the world go by. .

The house is located 200 metres from the sea and within walking distance of magnificent beaches (many have achieved Blue Flag status) which are connected by a wonderful coastal path. It is only minutes away on foot to the heart of Cabo Roig where you will find a wide variety of shops bars and restaurants catering for all tastes. There is also a large medical centre nearby. It is ideal for families with the location being so near to the beach,all amenities and a lovely communal pool located just 8 doors away which never gets too busy.

A car is not essential for your stay but if you want to get out and about to explore this beautiful area it would be advisable. Easy parking is available just outside the house. There are local buses and taxis available on the doorstep if you need them. Within a 5-minute drive there is La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre, which is the largest shopping mall and leisure complex in the region. There are more than 150 shops including: Primark; Zara & Decathlon which are mainly located on the first floor. There are many restaurants situated on the second floor along with a large area which is given over to childrens attractions. There is also a large supermarket (Alcampo) where you can buy everything you need , a Casino for those who fancy a flutter and a bowling alley.

We were looking for a holiday home that could be used by four generations of our family. We fell in love with this property as soon as we saw it mainly due to its fabulous location.

What makes this house unique

The location is fantastic as it is within walking distance of the beach and numerous restaurants and bars are on your doorstep. Having the communal pool only eight doors away is perfect.i

Even better than we imagined! Lovely property

Our family party consisted of 2 adults and 4 children aged between 8 and 14. The property was perfect for what we needed. Clean, bright and airy. The air-con in every room was a god send. Very close to the pool which was a good size, plenty of space for sunbathing. Close to all amenities and the beach was a pleasant 10 min stroll. Free wifi in the property was also a major plus point for the kids and their gadgets! The only point (and minor) we could raise for improvement would be a bigger BBQ but it didn't impact on our holiday at all. The property manager Jan was very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend this property and stay again in the future.

Property is lovely, loved the area of the property lovely promenade close by next to sea.

Very nice property. Had contact with Karen before hand who tried to accommodate at all times. Janet who look after property very helpful. We also arranged airport transfer and car hire with Janet and Norman that was cheap and great.

It would be an idea for anybody like us who arrive really late at night to have the ability of a welcome pack as there are items that would have been great to have at property on arrival.

We had a wonderful time great weather and would come back for sure.

Great accommodation and fab holiday!

Myself and family including my 3 year old daughter have just come back from a fantastic holiday. I couldn't fault the property! Everything I could need for the little one including a monitor so I could hear her if outside, paddling pool, arm bands. It was great. Loving the addition of the air conditioning and now the new garden furniture! Just a short walk to the communal Pool, restaurants and a small park. Great accommodation and can't wait to return next year!!

Cabo Roig (meaning Red Cape) is within an area of outstanding beauty on the Southern Costa Blanca know as the Oriuela Costa.. The name comes from the colour of the cliffs around the Cala Caleta Beach and Marina. The marina has moorings for over 200 boats and the 16th century watchtower overlooking the marina now houses a lovely restaurant. The two main beaches in Cabo Roig - Playa Cala Caleta (next to the marina) and Playa Cala Capitan (on the other side of the cape) are ideal for families with children as they are very safe and clean. The beaches of La Zenia, Playa Flamenca and Campoamar are also within walking distance. There are many more small beaches and coves which can be reached from the lovely coastal path which stretches from Campoamar to Torrevieja. Most of the beaches have a cafe/bar or restaurant, sunbeds and parasols (to rent), and some of the larger ones have water sport facilities available. This area is home to many golf courses the nearest being only a 10 minute drive away. There is a local street market held every Thursday which gets very busy and is popular with locals and tourists alike. There are numerous bars and restaurants on Cabo Roig Strip which are frequented not just by holidaymakers but by locals as well. Many of these provide nightly entertainment throughout the summer months and there is such a diverse range of cuisine everyone should be catered for. Just a 5 min drive away is La Zenia Boulevard which is the largest shopping and leisure centre in the area.There are many parks and nature reserves with walks and cycle paths around the area so there is something for everyone in Cabo Roig.

There are many lovely places to visit whilst staying in Cabo Roig.

Alicante: Whilst most people just fly in to Alicante it is a lovely city to visit with a superb marina and great beaches.

Torrevieja is to the north of Cabo Roig with over 20kms of fantastic beaches, a lovely harbour, two water parks, Habaneras shopping centre and daily craft market . You will find many protected species of birds living on the salt lakes that surround Torrevieja.

Elche is famous for its palm tree orchard which has been declared a heritage site and it is also home to the Rio Safari Park.

Rojales is just 1/2 an hour away where you can visit the cave houses which have been built in to the hillside.

La Manga (famous for its golf course) peninsula and Mar Menor are just 45 mins away.
