Cozy, comfortable and newly refurbished

Spectacular apartment located in a prime waterfront location overlooking cruising the beaches of the Carihuela and Bajondillo. It is within walking distance from the center of Torremolinos and bus and train station of the town. It is also near the airport to Malaga, Benalmádena Marina, and several golf courses.

The complex has communal gardens, swimming pool, restaurant, beauty salon, 24-hour concierge, tennis court, parking and direct access to the beach and the promenade Carihuela where you can enjoy a variety of restaurants, shops and entertainment areas.

The apartment has been recently renovated and is designed achieving a comfortable stay for 4 people. All materials used and installed furniture and appliances are top quality.

The apartment is fully equipped, featuring hot / cold air conditioning in all units and internet. It has a spacious living room (sofa bed, TV 47 ", dining table 4 pax., Among others), bedroom (double bed with chest and front sea view), bathroom (shower unit with thermostatic taps), terrace (table assistant and two comfortable chairs from which to watch a beautiful sunrise, along with the possibility of integrating the living room thanks to its closure glass curtain -Lumon-) and kitchen (refrigerator / freezer, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine / dryer, toaster, coffee, etc.).

Beautiful views!!

We recently stayed here for a week.

Beautiful location and stunning apartment!! Apartment had all modern applicances and was decorated to a very high standard. Jose was very attentive and took time to show us everything we needed to know about the apartment and surrounding area. He even went out of his way to get us tickets that were nearly sold out for the Malaga/Barcelona match. The apartment is overlooking the sea with amazing views of the sunrise and sunset. It's also a 5 min walk to local shops, bars and restaurants. You won't be sorry if u book this amazing apartment. We will def be back. Billy and tracey Belfast

Enjoyed our short stay wish it could have been longer.

The property was exceptional, very modern and equipped with everything you would need and top quality everywhere.

The views were stunning enhanced by the sliding glass screen to the balcony.

The location of the apartment was excellent being on the sea front with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants just a pleasant stroll in any direction along the promenade. The town was only a short walk away too.

Most importantly was the professional attention we received from Jose from our arrival until our departure when Jose took us to the airport during a marathon event which would have closed off many of our surrounding roads. His local knowledge saved us from a difficult journey and probably a late arrival at the airport.

Great Host, Well Designed Apartment

Jose is a wonderful host; he took an hour to explain everything about the building and the apartment and was available at any time to answer questions. The apartment is clean and well laid out, with a great view over the promenade and the sea; the bed is comfortable, the shower works well, and the appliances are new, including a clothes washer/dryer and a dishwasher. We brought laundry detergent with us and bought some paper towels while we were there; everything else was provided, along with a mid-week cleaning. Parking is literally inside the building a few steps from the apartment. The elevator down to the promenade is very convenient. There is a decent-sized grocery store 5 minutes walk away and a smaller market closer by.

A couple of observations (not complaints): while efficiently laid out, the apartment is quite small; it would be a tight fit for four adults, probably best for a couple or small family. The building appears to be mostly residential with a few units rented out, and the concierge does not speak English. Torremolinos itself is a 'cheap and cheerful' resort, full of English pubs and tourist shops along the promenade and in town, which is a five minute walk. We enjoyed it; The Bailey Irish Pub was our favorite. For Spanish culture we took the convenient train to Malaga for the day and drove to Ronda for one night (both recommended). We also took the train to Benalmadena and walked back about 4 miles along the beach promenade. Mijas along the coast is also a great town to visit. If Torremolinos is your kind of place, we would highly recommend this apartment.

Excellent

Excellent accomodations! Beautiful view! Helpful owners! I felt as if I was home....with all the comforts, however with a magnificent view of the ocean, and so much refreshingly clean air!!! Wow! Carmen and Jose with lovely children were simply darling!!! Thank you for a long needed rest.

AMAZING!

We had a great stay in this Apartment! It is perfect for 2 person to stay in, and you have got all you need in it to Cook a dinner. The location is very good. Close to the Beach, shopping, restaurant etc. You can make agreement with the owner to pick you up in the airport for a small amount. José was very helpfull with that. He even came to pick us up very early in the morning when we had to catch a flight home.

The view in this Apartment is stunning, and we enjoyed both sunrise and sunset every day. Absolutly a place we would stay Again.

Beautiful Apartmrnt with Stunning Views

We stayed here this past month and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The unfortunate part that our stay was much too short! The apartment was everything we expected it to be and more. It is well laid out and had everything we required for our stay. José and Carmen met us and gave us a comprehensive once over of the apartment. After we settled in, we enjoyed our morning coffees looking out over the Mediterranean ocean and watching the people walking, jogging and just enjoying themselves on the boardwalk below. Access to the boardwalk from the front elevator was very easy and secure. The boardwalk provided many shops and restaurants to check out during the day. Grocery shopping was a quick 5 minute walk. The weather was also wonderful during our stay. We would recommend this apartment to any couple looking for a nice place to stay and relax. Thanks again José and Carmen for your hospitality. We are hoping to get back for a longer stay and will certainly recommend you to our friends. 5 Star all the way!
