Apartment on the 7th floor (elevator) in a residence on the slopes, unobstructed view with terrace, large living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 bathroom (shower), separate toilet.

1 kitchen equipped (all small appliances), ceramic hob (4 fires) / oven, washing machine.

Crossing apartment, 2 balconies 1 south side (stay), the second north side (room access 2)

Sleeping: 1 bedroom double bed / 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed and 1 pull-out bed / living room sofa bed. (bedding in very good condition), linens and towels to predict.

Ski locker accessible to DRC

Access to the village center possible by free shuttle, winter and summer, shops at the foot of the building.

Appartement négligé

Bonjour,

Vraiment déçu par l'appartement, je pensais qu' Abritel faisait une sélection et que l'on était sûr de la qualité du logement.

Parquet posé à l'arraché, lumière entre les lattes, plinthes en doublon et qui ne suivent pas le mur (??!!!), vitres sales, poussières sur les stores et autres finitions vraiment limites.

Vraiment compliqué de trouvé le bon bâtiment avec très peu d'indication par le propriétaire et dans les communs.

Sinon appartement de taille suffisante et très bien placé, relativement bien équipé aussi pour faire la cuisine. Par contre, nous étions seulement 4 personnes donc un peu cher.

Pour les communs, c'est moins gênant mais on a l'impression que l'immeuble n'est pas loin de la démolition...

Séjour en demi teinte donc.

Très agréable T3 !

Superbe semaine de vacances à Villard de Lans avec les enfants. L'appartement est spacieux, propre, très bien aménagé et bien chauffé. On s'y sent tout de suite très bien. Il dispose d'une belle cuisine, belle vue, et de deux salles d'eau, ce qui est appréciable le matin pour ne pas perdre de temps avec les enfants. Il est aussi très bien situé et proche des télécabines. Vraiment super !
