Fionina Farmhouse is situated on the outskirts of Xaghra, Gozo.

The farmhouse is situated on a cliff edge, overlooking the towns of Nadur and Xewkija.

Quiet and peaceful, yet only 10 minutes from the Gozo Ferry, from Gozo’s main City Victoria and from Gozo’s best sandy beaches of Marsalforn and Ramla Bay.

The Farmhouse enjoys Fantastic Country and Hillside Views and being South Facing, has at least 12 hours of Sunshine daily.

The Farmhouse has easy access to all amenities, including shopping and restaurants for eating out.

There is a large private pool and a fully equipped extra kitchenette next to the pool, large sun deck equipped with sunbeds, outdoor tables and chairs, sun umbrellas and a large barbeque – a perfect setting for a memorable lunch / dinner / other types of entertainment for both small and large families or group of friends.

With 7 separate bedrooms , 5 en suite bathrooms and 1 family bathroom, couples can enjoy their privacy in their own rooms, whilst enjoying the company of other relatives or friends, when it comes to communal dining or entertainment.

AIRPORT INFORMATION

Destination: Malta international airport : Luqa airport.

By taxi or car hire or contracted transport, proceed to Gozo ferry terminal located in Cirkewwa, north of Malta.

Upon arrival in Mgarr Harbour in Gozo drive towards Victoria.

On second roundabout (before arriving at the football ground), turn right towards Xaghra / Nadur.

Pass a cemetry on left.

On 1st roundabout –keep going straight towards Xaghra.

On 2nd roundabout –named "Ta’ Hamet" turn right towards Xaghra for approx 200 meters.

Turn on your right into a secondary road and go uphill for approx 200 meters.

Road narrows to 1 car lane at top and turn right at top.

Keep going straight for approx 300 meters.

Last building on right is “Ta’ Fionina" farmhouse , Spring Street, (Triq l-Ghejjun), Xaghra, Gozo.

Time in is 15.30 pm and time out is 11.00 am .
Bed linen will be provided by the company.
Gas heaters, for winter in all properties, are optional at an extra charge.
A washing machine will be made available at an extra charge per day, for bookings over 6 days.
Included in the letting is electricity units allowed dividing letting amount by 9 . Any excess electricity at €0.30c per unit.
The refundable deposit will be paid back to the client, a few days after departure, once it is determined that no amounts are due for any damages / missing items / extra persons accommodated, etc.
The roof and surrounding properties are strictly out of bounds. The owner is not liable for any injury, damages or missing items and the visitor is advised to take out insurance cover.
DISCOS or other UNAUTHORISED PARTIES are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED.
Any rubbish is to be disposed off according to services supplied by the public cleaning department. All Kitchen utensils (plates, glass, cups, saucers, dishes etc.) are to be left cleaned and stored. If the above cleaning / rubbish disposal conditions are not followed a charge of Euro 50 will be due.
A Non-refundable deposit, equivalent to a minimum 1 night letting or 25% of the total letting due, whichever is the higher, is payable on booking. The balance of the holiday letting plus the refundable deposit is to be paid approximately 21 days by foreign clients, and 7 days by local clients.
Furniture, appliances, furnishings and cuttlery are not to be moved from their original location..
Should the property become unavailable, before or during the holiday letting, so long as this is not attributable to the client, the owner will assist to provide alternative accommodation. However if this is not possible, the owner is only liable to refund the portion of un-expired holiday letting and is not responsible for any additional costs, incurred by the client.
