The Villa, with open farmland on two boundaries has a pretty garden with an area of grass beyond the lovely 9x4m pool with Roman step entry. Above the garden and at the rear of the house a shaded porch is furnished for living with a cushioned sofa and chairs and rattan dining set and all set of chilling out accompanied by countryside and distant sea views .
Inside, the comfortable and light living room has tall patio doors leading onto the terrace and is furnished with squashy leather sofas and a large flat screen TV.
An archway leads to the smart galley style kitchen, where everything needed for holiday catering is close at hand. Theres a breakfast table by patio doors which open to the aforesaid terrace.
Two bedrooms on the ground floor both also have patio doors to the garden terrace. The twin bedroom has a shower room en-suite and there is a double bedroom and a second shower room.
At first floor level the magnificent master double bedroom has a dressing room and bathroom en-suite. This suite also has access to a large balcony overlooking the garden and pool, with sea and country views.
