Les Trois Bonheurs is a stunning property that has just been entirely renovated to a high standard throughout ready for winter 2015/16. This self catered Morzine chalet is ideally located within easy walking distance from the centre of the resort and benefits from a private garden with stunning outlook, deck and hot tub.

This bright, contemporary Morzine chalet is arranged over 3 floors with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, making it Mountain Lets flag ship Premium property. The ground floor of the chalet has a main front door, entrance, twin/double room with ensuite, triple room with family bathroom, boot room with boot warmers accessed by a separate external door. The staircase in the entrance hall leads up the the first floor where you enter the heart of the chalet with open plan living area featuring 2 sets of bi-fold doors opening onto the outside deck and garden. The open plan living area is configured in an L-Shape with a large, modern, fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, american fridge/freezer and lots of surface space. The kitchen opens onto the dining area with solid oak table, vaulted ceilings looking out onto the garden with views of deer wandering around the mountain slopes. From the dining area there is a relaxed seating area with table and armchairs positioned to take full advantage of the view which leads onto the lounge with gorgeous sofas, stunning log burner, vaulted ceilings and more bi-fold doors benefiting from the chalets position. Off the lounge area is a third bedroom that can be configured as a twin or double bedroom with en-suite shower room and balcony. Another staircase from the lounge gives access to the second floor of the chalet with a further 2 large bedrooms with sloped ceilings, beams and both have ensuite shower rooms. One of these bedroom has a private balcony and the other a Juliet balcony with patio doors protected by glass balustrade to offer uninterrupted views.

High quality, excellent location

This chalet is well positioned close to Morzine centre with a short 10 minute walk along Route de le Plagne taking you to all the shops, bars, restaurants and two main lifts in town - Super Morzine and Pleney.

The chalet itself is very well equipped with a large open kitchen dining area and comfy lounge area to watch sky TV (great with the kids channels to keep little ones occupied.)

A major upside - especially in summer - is the south-facing garden that traps the afternoon sun. There is a bbq and plenty of outdoor seating plus a games box to keep everyone happy.

Overall a really lovely chalet for two families and a perfect base to explore the Portes des Soleils in winter or summer.

A stunning chalet, perfect for ski & summer

Les Trois Bonheurs: We had fantastic week at Les Trois Bonheurs last July. The chalet is beautifully appointed, unbelievably comfy and very spacious. It is furnished to a very high standard with great bathrooms and oh so comfy beds.

Due to its central location even the little legs of our group were able to walk into central Morzine without any trouble. A truly wonderful chalet that has everything you could need - even a hot tub! We will definitely be back, I cannot recommend it enough.
