The house has three floors and direct access to the seafront via a turquoise front door. The living room has a flat screen TV with internet and a dining table for six. There is also a bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.

The first floor has a spacious bathroom and a double bedroom with a work space and balcony to the sea, There is also an additional bedroom with twin beds.

The second floor has a double bed with en-suite bathroom and a terrace with magnificent sea views. There is a laundry terrace in the rear.

Fabulous house. You must stay here!

The house was in an ideal location, right on the beach. It was spotlessly clean and the decor was lovely. We spent lots of time on the sun terrace which had great views. The restaurants and bars close by were very reasonably priced and we never had a bad meal. I would highly recommend this house and will definately be visiting again.

Beautiful house

A stunning home set perfectly in the beautiful village of Pedregalejo, surrounded by a lovely promenade and beach about 4 miles from Malaga central. The house is brilliantly equipped and we were greeted by Lucas who was very helpful and kind.

There is absolutely nothing that has been overlooked by the owners, the decor is tasteful and beautifully done. Our party of five were very comfortable staying here and were very sad to leave. The sound of the waves at night is so calming and being able to wake and see the stunning view from the terrace is amazing. Thank you Noemi, David and Lucas for your hospitality, we will most certainly be back. The area is very traditional, the local people are welcoming and friendly and the restaurants and bars are superb.

The perfect family getaway - local yet luxurious

We were 5 adults and one baby staying for over a week and we couldn't have asked for more lovely accommodations. The house was extremely well appointed and surrounding area feels miles away from all the tourists in central Malaga while still being just a 15 min bus ride away. We thought we'd go into Malaga far more often but we just loved the house and adjacent fish restaurants so stayed put more often than not. We plan to return to this charming house and neighborhood again.

Gorgeous beach house, exactly what you see in the pictures!

A beautiful, spacious house in a gorgeous location. You can hear the waves crashing on the beach when you lie in bed at night! The roof terrace is the highlight of an immaculate property. Fantastic for sipping glasses of wine and sea views. Pedregalejo has plenty of restaurants and a supermarket is a couple of minutes away. Malaga is 15 mins away on the bus and you have the beach on your doorstep! The beach was not heaving, even in August and we didn't meet any other Brits! A few more words of Spanish would have been useful! The owner's son, Lucas, was very helpful and even came over to help when we couldn't work the dishwasher!! Great holiday!!!

 The Villa is self catering and everything should be in order when you arrive.
 Entry to the Villa is from 4pm onwards.
 You need to leave by 10 am on the morning of departure so that we can clean and prepare for the next guests.
 Please make sure when you leave that rubbish is disposed of, the fridge and dishwasher are emptied, and the barbecue, hob and oven are cleaned. The cost of any further cleaning required on departure will be deducted from the deposit.
Please ensure that you have your own Insurance to cover all aspects of Accident or Injury, we do not accept any liability with regard to Loss or Damage to Personal Property or any Injury at our Property
