About the property

For the price you'll pay, this apartment is very good value for money with lovely views of lake Geneva and being very close to ski lifts. For keen skiers there is also the advantage that you can ski right back to the door as it is located at the bottom of the black run. It is located at the top end of the resort and being on the 3rd floor there are no apartments above so is relatively quiet even though shops and restaurants are very close by. It isn't a huge spacious apartment but can sleep 4 adults with a lovely bright double bedroom, a coin montagne (2 full size bunk beds) and a double sofa bed in the sitting room (to give a maximum capacity of 6 (although I wouldn't suggest 6 adults!) There are two balconies with wonderful views of Lake Geneva (north facing) which are lovely and cool in the summer heat. There is a 'cave' for ski/ mountain bike storage. It is a warm apartment with underfloor heating and electric heaters. There is unlimited hot water and a newly fitted kitchen with a small dishwasher!There are board games, books and other activities available (eg table tennis bats, fishing rods).Although the apartment itself does not have wifi, there is free Wifi in the resort (available at the Tourist office) and a new cable car. It is an increasingly popular resort for summer and winter sports and as a base for exploring the Region. Please note that in order to keep prices as low as possible for you bed linen and cleaning on departure are not included although can be added as an optional extra.

Appartement aves vue sur le lac Léman aux pieds des télécabines: Parfait!

Nous avons loué cet appartement une semaine pendant les vacances d'hiver et nous ne regrettons pas notre choix.

Idéalement situé aux pieds des télécabines avec une très belle vue sur le lac depuis les balcons. Une place de parking privé (difficile à identifier avec la neige car les numéros au sol sont recouverts) mais nous avons été aidé par un habitant. Pratique, une cave au RDC permet de ranger le matériel de ski.

Appartement idéal pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants avec sa chambre et son coin montagne avec des lits superposés.

L'arrivée se fait de façon autonome (clé dans un coffre à code), ce qui est pratique. Vicky reste disponible par mail si besoin, ainsi que des amis à elle sur place. Nous avons échangé par mail avec Vicky qui est très agréable et très réactive.

Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine, nouvellement rénovée et équipée (plaque vitro, mini-four, micro-ondes, frigo, petit lave-vaisselle). Par contre, il manque de rangement aussi bien dans la cuisine (ne reste plus que le placard sous-évier pour ranger les courses) que dans la chambre (une partie de la penderie est fermée à clé et l'autre est utilisée pour les couvertures/oreillers mais la chambre est suffisamment grande pour mettre les valises ouvertes au pied du lit).

Salle de bain petite mais fonctionnelle avec WC séparés (prévoir le changement du pommeau de douche qui fuit de partout).

Je recommande cet appartement, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
