Looking for a spacious and comfortable holiday home in York? Look no further........The location of this property couldn’t be better, just 15 minutes’ walk to the Minster and the city centre, where you'll find ample bars, restaurants, shops and museums.

The property is set over three floors and the property comes with free WiFi. The house has a good sized lounge, with a separate dining room, fully fitted kitchen and utility room. There is a downstairs shower room with shower, basin and toilet. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a good sized family bathroom with shower over the bath. On the second floor there’s the twin bedroom with a view of York Minster from the Velux window. Outside there’s a secure and enclosed back yard with a table, chairs, and bench.

You can get lots of useful information to plan your visit to York and book tickets and tours at Visit York Visitor Information Centre which is only 15 minutes’ walk from the property.

The property comes with a parking permit for one car.
