This absolutely charming rental apartment is located in the historical heart of Hvar. From its windows there are breathtaking views of the Riva esplanade and the sea. Modern yachts and classic sailboats adorn the waterfront just meters away, while Fortica, the 16th Century Fortress, overlooks the port, and the surrounding Pakleni Islands. The apartment is in a building dating from 1612, during the Baroque period, when Venice exhibited a strong influence throughout the Adriatic. Today the building is preserved as a heritage monument and is protected by Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments. The apartment was fully renovated between 2014 and 2015, in strict accordance with the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments.
The living room with open-plan kitchen (20m2) overlooks the Riva esplanade and harbour beyond. With its soothing grey and beige colours, the bedroom (also 20m2) has a luxurious en-suite bathroom with hairdryer. Just outside, the small table on the charming pedestrianized stone street, is the perfect place for enjoying a morning coffee or evening glass of wine,. The apartment also has Wi-Fi internet, and guests can use the facilities at the Spa & Fitness in Hotel Adriana, only 400 m away.
One of the very best experiences you can have during your stay on Hvar is sailing. There are endless secret natural bays with clear turquoise sea just waiting to be discovered. The owner can arrange a boat and skipper, and also recommend special restaurants accessible by boat, where only fish caught minutes ago is served on your plate!
We spent a couple of nights here in May and loved the apartment! It is in a perfect central location in the old town of Hvar so walking distance to everything you need. The apartment is beautiful and extremely comfortable!
