A 3 bedroom semidetached house with a bathroom, a kitchen, a lounge, a dining room and a terrace or courtyard. Community areas that are similar to a typical Andalusian village. Air conditioning, wifi.

It is very well located just 100m from the beach, with a lovely promenade, exchange houses, near Mc Donald's and next to the main road were the tour buses pick up tourists and take them to excursions to Marbella, Granada, Seville, Cordoba, Gibraltar, Morocco, etc.

Located in a very busy area, right by all amenities. It is 10 minutes walk to Torrequebrada´s International Casino, 10 minutes by car to Puerto Marina, the VIP Sporting Port with its unique Moroccan buildings, restaurants, discos and shops where the Benalmadena Promenade starts. Along the promenade you will find bars, shops, night clubs, and of course, “chiringuitos” (restaurants on the beach). Bus stops are 100m away and the train station is 1 km away.
