2 bed 2 bath apartment with amazing panoramic sea views and large balcony

The spacious 4th floor apartment is in a modern landmark building right next to the sea and beach in Westward Ho! The open plan living space has full width patio doors opening onto the large balcony with uninterrupted views across Bideford bay and the estuary.

The master bedroom with it's four poster bed and en suite bathroom also opens onto the balcony and spectacular view.

The twin bedroom has a large shower room right outside. The twin beds can be made into a super kingsize bed for an additional fee (£30).

The apartment is fully equipped to a high standard and comes with allocated secure parking space, lift access, Sky TV (plus Sky Sports) and broadband. Extra touches like the Bang & Olufsen bluetooth speaker for your music and St Kitts Herbery hand wash and lotion in the bathrooms add to the feeling of luxury.

All linens are provided, including crisp 200 thread count Egyptian cotton bedding, luxury 800 gsm fluffy white towels, tea towels, cloths, and velour beach towels.

Westward Ho! has everything you need for a great seaside holiday or a quiet weekend break, with excellent shops and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk across the village green. You will be in a great place to explore wonderful places in North Devon like Clovelly, Hartland Quay, Appledore and Lynton & Lynmouth, and there is lots of opportunity to get active and have fun.

What makes this apartment unique

The higher up you go the more panoramic the views get, so the 4th floor is excellent. And the position of the apartment means the large balcony gets plenty of evening sun in the summer (many of the apartments don't). This apartment has Sky TV, Movies, Sport and Family packages. Plus luxury touches like the Bang & Olufsen bluetooth speaker to enjoy your music.

A little piece of heaven

My Son and I stayed for 10 days in this lovely apartment in June/July 2016. I was so happy with everything - it was just perfect. Lauren has a keen eye for tasteful decor and has thought of all the little touches to make you feel both welcome and special. The views from the balcony were stunning and sitting in the lounge area and in bed gives the impression of being on board a ship - so relaxing. The place is very secure and there is underground parking so no stress of findng a place to park your car. We had access straight onto the promenade and lovely eating places. Westward Ho is a great holiday destination for families and couples. I would not hesitate to recommend this to my family and friends and will definitely be returning. Thank you Lauren!!

Fabulous Apartment, Unbeatable Views

On arrival it was good to meet Lauren the owner who showed us the apartment and made sure we had everything we needed. The welcome flowers, wine and chocolates were also much appreciated. The accommodation itself is lovely, clean, thoughtfully equipped, well maintained and beautifully furnished. It has stunning sea views from the generous balcony which runs in front of the lounge and master bedroom. The sea views continue indoors thanks to the floor to ceiling windows which give direct access to the balcony. We are a family of 4 and enjoyed a relaxing short break in Westward Ho! which has a choice of places to eat and drink,a selection of shops, some traditional seaside pastimes, rock pooling, sandy beach, surfing, crazy golf etc. and is well placed for visiting other attractions in the area. We have stayed numerous times in the Horizon View complex and would not want to stay anywhere else, the quality of the accommodation and the fantastic views are unbeatable.

A stunning apartment in a beautiful location.

We had a fantastic week in Westward Ho! and absolutely loved Lauren's apartment. From the blankets to keep warm on the balcony to the champagne stopper, not to mention the supply of tea, coffee and milk that awaited us, Lauren really has thought of everything. We very rarely return to a holiday location but have already booked in for next year! Can't wait to watch another sunset from the balcony and listen to the waves as we wake. Thanks for a fabulous holiday!

Location

The apartment is right next to the 2 miles wide sandy beach, known as the Golden Bay, is great for surfing, bodyboarding, kite surfing, kite-buggies, rock pooling and sand castle building. Behind the beach is the Royal North Devon Golf course.

The Sout West Coast Path passes in front of the building and there are many great walks on your door step. For cyclists the Tarka Train passes close by.

Westward Ho! has a good selection of shops and restaurants. A few minutes drive away are the Atlantic Village outlet shopping centre, the Big Sheep theme park and the Ultimate Outdoors Adventure Centre.
