Perfectly set in the picturesque fishing village of Appledore where you can watch the fishing boats come in and the yachts sailing across the estuary. Explore the myriad of narrow streets quaint cottages pubs restaurants craft shops and art galleries. There is a slipway and small pebble beach in the village but just a short drive away is the large expanse of golden sands at Westward Ho! and other leisure facilities such as horse-riding tennis golf and cliff-top walks. Also within easy reach are the sand dunes and beach at Instow and the Tarka Trail where you can cycle or walk along this path. The accommodation accessed via a flight of steps from the parking area offers TWO bedrooms: 1 master double with TV/DVD walk-in wardrobe and en-suite shower with WC and 1 twin with TV/DVD. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/diner: open-plan with TV/DVD and double sofa bed (Please arrange use of sofa bed directly with Caretaker. Additional charge applicable).
