A new gorgeous townhouse in a stunning location, facing the sea, near great toys, lovely walks along Felixstowe promenade and to the Landguard Peninsula. We lose this place, and so does everyone who stays here!

What makes this house unique

All newly and carefully appointed - well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, child highchair and cot, 6 new very comfortable beds, great views and fabulous relaxing place to be. New leather couches, DVD collection, TV in lounge and master bedroom etc etc.

Great property and an even better location

Everything is brand new and very comfortable accommodation. The living space is tight for a large group, but overall we would highly recommend this as a vacation spot because of the priceless location. Uninterrupted views and 2 steps to the beach.

Perfect stay, great location, beautiful apartment

I cannot recommend this place enough! Prior to the booking Benji & Leah were extremely helpful and quick at responding to all of our questions that we had, such a brilliant price for a lovely apartment.

6 of us including 2 children stayed here for three nights. We all had an amazing time. The apartment was child friendly and safe for babies.

Although we stayed here in the winter, it felt great waking up to a sea view only a couple of hundred yards away from our bedroom.

The apartment is extremely modern and brand new with all its amenities of great quality and top brands. The beds were SUPER COMFY and I've had trouble getting used to my old bed now that we are back.

Overall this was a lovely little holiday, being only an hour and half from London we will definitely be back..
