Duplex penthouse for up to 6 people with large terrace close to Granada

It is a cozy duplex penthouse in a central urbanization very quiet very close to the capital town of Granada. Downstairs are the lounge, kitchen and terrace on the top floor and the two bedrooms and bathroom.

In the master bedroom there is a double bed in the bedroom / study and a double sofa bed in the living room a chaise longue that becomes a big awesome bed apart from very very comfortable.

The small apartment has all the basic services of a house as kitchen utensils, bedding and towels. It has washing and drying. It also has wifi and air conditioning / heating in the living room and master bedroom. It also has private parking space in the basement of the urbanization, as well as live from the elevator to the floor.

I'll be happy to assist you on arrival and tell the details of the use of services and give them the keys to the parking and wifi keys. It could also guide them on the best places in town to eat, shop, etc ... Also as I live in the area you could suggest long walks along routes or sites and beautiful enclaves around. It is a very quiet place.

I love this house. I have arranged and decorated with love. I lived very agustito here, so I hope that if you come to spend a few days you will feel at home and as such you behave and take care. No pets, no parties or events or hen nights s are allowed. More reserved guests are not allowed. electricity consumption and responsible water are requested and hope for noise be equally respectful of neighbors as you do in your own home. The house is left in the same state that on arrival he found, as far as possible and within reasonable limits of civility. If not, the cost of cleaning security deposit (12 euros per hour) will be deducted. May you enjoy a lot in my house.

Adoro esta casita. La he arreglado y decorado con mucho cariño. He vivido muy agustito aquí, así que espero que si vienes a pasar unos días te sientas como en casa y como tal te comportes y la cuides. No se admiten mascotas, no se permiten fiestas ni eventos ni despedidas de solter@s. No se permiten más huéspedes de los reservados. Se ruega un consumo de electricidad y agua responsable y espero que en cuanto al ruido seas igual de respetuoso con los vecinos como lo haces en tu propia casa. La casa se deja en el mismo estado en el que se encontró a la llegada, en la medida de lo posible y dentro de unos límites razonables de civismo. Si no es así se descontará el coste de la limpieza del depósito de seguridad (12 euros por hora). Ojalá disfrutes mucho en mi casita.
