Large L shaped double aspect lounge/ dinning room with sofa, coffee table, base unit with flat screen internet TV, HI-FI, blue ray player, hub with free internet access, glass top dinning table and chairs. Patio doors leading to secluded front garden with patio table/ chairs and sun loungers. Side access leading to rear garden with decked area dinning table and chairs and gas bbq. Fully equipped kitchen & utility with all modern appliances. Hall leading to bedrooms and family bathroom, Master bedroom with king size bed & wardrobe containing drawer unit and safe, bedside units with lamps, dressing table chair and mirror, ceiling fan and patio doors to rear garden.Fully tiled en-suite bathroom containing bath with shower over, hand basin and w/c. Bedroom two with 2 single beds and wardrobe, dressing table and mirror, bed side table with lamp, ceiling fan, and patio doors leading to outside area. Family bathroom fully tiled with shower,hand basin and w/c. PLEASE NOTE that Homeaway now charge a service fee ( Book with confidence guarantee please read description) on top of our price of £325 a week if booking through them using their card payment, this is not charged if you pay us directly.

Why Graham Florance chose Fuerteventura

This property is on a P G A golf course it has wonderful views of the sea and mountains. Local to shops and restaurants about a 15 minutes walk. Easy access from the airport ( approx 20 mins ). Disabled access good.

Clean and Comfortable.

On arrival we found a very clean and comfortable apartment. Easy to find when you get to the roundabout with leaf fronds design in the middle. You are right at the far end of the town heading outwards of Fuste, but this is good if you don't want to be in the middle of it all.

Plus side - All on the flat, ground floor flat, except access outside where there is a step for the door frame. I walk with a stick and found this at times difficult. The inside of the apartment was beautiful and clean with constant hot water, the kitchen is fully equipped with both glass and plastic glasses, china and plastic dishes. BBQ (we didn't use) but very lovely. Very comfortable beds, and bathrooms modern and quality.

Downside - very noisy being under the flight path for the airport. Nowhere does it say this, so I feel I have to state it. Peaceful it isn't unless you love plan spotting and then its perfect. I thought I wouldn't here the noise after a few days but two weeks later every throttle change grated on my nerves. :(

The apartment is fine - location not so, which is a shame.

However concerning your thoughts on the planes as you can see from our other reviews this has never been a problem for anyone else who has stayed. Being a small holiday island and only 20 minutes from the airport you will occasionally notice some flights coming in. and when they do it’s normally only for very short periods of time at the start of the day and late afternoon and certainly not all day. Excellent !

Apartment is top drawer, has everything you could need for a relaxing holiday, and furnishings and fittings are very modern and comfortable. Garden is great for lazy days in the sun :) We stayed 18 nights and picked a car up from the airport which I would recommend for getting around the island plus local trips into the town (as we think the walk would be a little too much if like us your party included anyone less mobile). All in all we would definitely stay here again. Steve & Sharon

first class appartment

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment.

We liked the location, it was nice and quiet yet well placed for walking to shops, beaches and resteraunts.

very spacious rooms with 2 bath rooms and bedrooms.

We especially enjoyed the garden and sunbathed there every day, we also ate lunch there too, its very private your in your own little world.

We highly recommend a stay here as a couple or four people, there is plenty of room!

Spacious, clean ideal for the two golf courses

Xmas golfing holiday. The apartment was ideally situated for both golf courses obviously a car would be needed for golf equipment. Only a five minute drive to the centre of town and large supermarket and beach. We found the apartment spacious, spotless and had everything you would need for your holiday. The only thing on our wish list would be a barbecue for relaxing evenings. Would certainly book again.

Our apartment is situated on the Salinas Golf course which is approximately a 15 min walk in to Caleta De Fuste with it many restaurants, bars, shops, and large sandy beach leading to a wonderful harbor where you can relax with a drink and watch the world go by, if you don't wish to walk the taxis are both cheep and very clean.
