Homes in Desert Mountain are available to rent on a short term basis (30 days or less) to property owners in Desert Mountain or current members of Desert Mountain Club. Renters who are not owners or members of Desert Mountain Club must rent for 30 days or more.

This desert home has 1 primary bedroom, and 3 guest bedrooms all with ensuite baths. There is a fully functioning office with two work areas, living room with valley views, a great room/entertainment area with a surround sound stereo system. The home has three gas fireplaces. One in the primary bedroom, another in the dining room/living room, and the last in guest bedroom #1. The large kitchen has an eight foot island with four chairs, making for a great sitting/eating area. The dining room has a view onto the private patio to the east and views of Desert Mountain homes to the west. The back patio has a large infinity pool and hot tub. (Pool is not heated). Guests can heat pool at their expense. There is a dining table for eight people. There is a gas BBQ and a Treager 1300 smoker available for guests to use. Multiple seating areas include main bedroom two sided fireplace, BBQ island with fireplace, and a fire pit surrounded by sofas and chairs. The patio offers views of the mountains and valley while being shaded by the large architectural roofline and privacy from neighbors with large desert shrubs.

The home is fully stocked with everything a tenant could need: fully equipped kitchen, paper products, toiletries, laundry supplies, linens, and towels. All bedrooms haveTV's with YouTube TV and DVR capability.

Amazing Property Beautiful View

If looking for a rental in Desert Mountain which is North Scottsdale and within a club community this is your house! We had a great spring break week with our teens. The house is well stocked, very clean and spacious, pool and hot tub were heated and got a lot of use and what an amazing view! Doug was very responsive and we would definitely come back.

Beatiful home and location

This home was gorgeous and the surroundings/setting was so beautiful. What we didn’t realize is how far away this development is from *everything*. It’s technically Scottsdale, but it takes 40 +min to get to downtown Scottsdale from this home. It’s also in a golf retirement community which we didn’t expect- maybe we didn’t read the info well enough, but it’s a really QUIET, very obviously retirement community- seemed kind of empty, again, far away from everything. Closest to the towns of Cave Creek and Carefree. Also notable: it’s about 5-10 degrees cooler in this mountain neighborhood than Scottsdale which would be wonderful in summer, but made it a bit chilly in March even with a heated pool and hot tub, if the sun was behind clouds it was a little on the *too chilly* side, but with unhindered, blazing sun, it was divine! The home is wonderful, 4ensuites with King beds was so great, it has beautiful views and is well stocked with kitchen supplies. Doug was very helpful, accommodating and quick to respond to questions/needs.

Relaxation Getaway

The property was superb in architectural design, and cleanliness. Doug the property owner is very quick to reply to any needs/questions. Would come back here every time whenever I visit Scottsdale.

Desert Mountain

One of the nicest places we have ever stayed at, the view all the way to West Phoenix, the walking trails, pool and hot tub. Will not regret, nor will you want to leave.

Stunning home - amazing views

Everything about the home was amazing and beautiful. The views, the layout, the landscaping, the pool/deck area, the rooms - it was all just perfect. The house is a soft modern will all the extra touches. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which makes it so nice for all the guests. The pool and hot tub were wonderful! So grateful to stay in the mountains and experience the beautiful sunsets while staying in this beautiful home of all windows to enjoy all the beautiful area around. The owner, Doug, was so easy to work with and was excellent with communication. He was on top of everything we asked or requested to make it a very easy and wonderful experience. We will for sure be back!
