There is a washer and dryer located on the second floor. The kitchen is well-equipped boasting granite slab counters, modern stainless steel appliances and all the amenities to prepare a delicious meal. If the gourmet cook isn’t calling, there are many excellent restaurants of all tastes located nearby. After dinner retire to one of four bedrooms upstairs or downstairs to a private den with a roaring fireplace. The townhome has a balcony with a private hot tub, two fireplaces, and full kitchens with service for thirteen people featuring GE Profile appliances and granite countertops. High-speed wireless internet access (WiFi) is available throughout the townhome. In the warmer months of summer, our outdoor pool and hot tub is the place to cool off and relax.

During the sring, summer and fall there are music festivals and Park City is host to national softball tournaments, american bicycling association yearly conferences and all kinds of activities including hiking, balloon riding, mountain and road biking, water skiing, sailing & boating at the nearby Jordanelle State Park and much more! Park City also has GREAT restaurants!

Amazingly large and well decorated house
The pictures do not do this place justice. It was very roomy for the 12 of us! The furniture was nice and solid, and the private hot tub on the balcony was priceless after skiing and boarding. Lisa was so helpful with advice on the details, including renting the skis and leaving them at the free valet on the mountain
Exceptional Property/Exceptional Owner
I cannot say enough good things about this rental. From the spacious 3 story interior with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 2 fireplaces, a large dining table to the private hot tub on the balcony, this home offers all the amenities of home in a great vacation destination. It is in a great location just a short drive from major ski resorts, close to Olympic Park, and near dining and shopping. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well appointed, the full-sized washer and dryer are convenient, garage parking is nice to have, everything is well maintained, and the club with gym, pool and hot tub right out the front door are great. The owner is very responsive and helpful. My son broke his wrist the first day of our trip and Lisa immediately pointed me to an amazing urgent care clinic. When I had questions about the hot tub, Lisa was quick to answer. Lisa will try her best to help with any issues that may arise that affect your trip. I definitely recommend this rental and I'm sure that any of the other rentals owned by Lisa are equally great.

Great condo in convenient location
We like staying in the Bear Hollow complex because it is close enough to the ski resorts, but at the same time being a bit away from all of the bustle (and traffic and parking issues) in downtown Park City or near the ski resorts. Also, Kimball Junction has been built up in the last few years, so there is a greater selection of restaurants right nearby. Of course, if you wanted to go to downtown Park City, it is only a 10 minute drive.
As for the condo itself, it was a great place. It was plenty big (a lot more than we needed for a family of four -- we could have had two families staying in there easily). It had five bedrooms, a nice sized kitchen, dining area, and a decent-sized family room. There was also a nice hot tub on the deck easily accessible from the kitchen. The condo had it's own garage (so therefore, private parking), and it's own washer and dryer which was very convenient. The condo was kept impeccably clean, and the instructions sent to us prior to getting there were very clear and detailed.
Overall, a great place that we'd stay in again, and probably invite friends to come with us!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The townhouse is spacious, well laid out, convenient and in very good condition. Our one concern was not enough towels, however, when we called the owner she brought over plenty more the next day---we used a lot between the hot tub and showers! We liked the large kitchen, plenty of room for cooking and eating.
Bear Hollow is in a great location. 2 stop lights to Canyons and 2 stop lights to Whole Foods, a truly wonderful location.

Roomy, comfortable house close to Park City and other mountains
House was clean and well maintained. Very comfortable and enough room for multiple families (we had 12 including 5 kids). Owner was super nice and helpful. House was 5 minutes from great retail - Whole Foods, Smith's, Starbucks and only 15 min to Park City.
The townhome was spacious, clean and well equipped. The owner was very accommodating and delightful to communicate with. I would definitely stay in this townhome again. Thank you
