Villa Daniel is a 400 year old typical Ibizan finca that was one of the original country farmhouses of this location just outside Ibiza Town, before Sa Carroca developed into the popular and convenient residential area it is today.
This charming and unusual property retains many of the original finca features, now blended with quirky, Balinese influences that have been added to the property over the years, both inside the house and in the grounds surrounding the pool.
Entrance to the property is through a large sliding padlocked gate that leads you into an ample parking area. Entry to the finca itself is via a side door with an additional metal security gate that leads you into a cool, tiled hallway with a twin bedroom situated to the left and the original stone staircase leading to the first floor on your right.
Leading through from the hall is a large dining room with the original, heavy double finca doors that open onto the front of the house. To the right is a Balinese tiled bathroom with a stone bath and another twin bedroom with high ceiling and wood panelled walls. Continuing on from the dining room is a modern kitchen diner that still retains its Ibicenco feel with the beamed ceiling and an ancient farm thresher imaginatively converted into a kitchen table. Again, there are original heavy oak doors opening onto the front of the house. Adjoining the kitchen is a cute little social seating area, perfect for relaxing with a pre-dinner drink while the meal is being prepared!
Up the steep, stone staircase from the hallway you reach the first floor of Villa Daniel, which has an equally interesting layout, with three bedrooms arranged around a central chillout / sitting area which is perfect for escaping the intense heat of the midday sun. The first bedroom is a rustic double room with stripped floors, original panelled wardrobes and a circular, sunken, glass-walled shower that looks out over the garden - but there is a curtain if you prefer more privacy! There is also an adjoining washroom with toilet. The second bedroom has two twin beds on a mezzanine floor above a small sitting / dressing room with an adjoining stone bathroom featuring a pebble-floored shower and Balinese stone wash basin. Situated at the far end of the sitting room is another double bedroom with a four poster bed, adjoining Balinese tiled bathroom and a private balcony overlooking the garden.
There are two further external annexes in the grounds of Villa Daniel. The first is located to the side of the kitchen and is simply furnished with three single beds and an en-suite bathroom. The second annex is located at the other side of the pool, behind the outside dining area. It features attractive, exposed stone walls, has a four poster double bed and a newly installed modern shower room with toilet.
The garden of Villa Daniel is a wonderful social space with a large pool, sun loungers and a shaded, bamboo and wood chill-out daybed. Next to the pool is a long table and benches shaded beneath a Balinese wooden canopy roof, and located near the brick-built barbeque, making it ideal for long, lazy lunches or pool-side dining at night.
Villa Daniel is a unique and charming villa with unusual design features and wonderful social spaces, in a convenient location near to Playa den Bossa and Ibiza Town.

Villa Daniel is located near to Playa Den Bossa and Ibiza Town. The famous clubs of Space , Ushuaia and Pacha and Blue Marlin are all easily accessible as are the lovely beaches of Ses Salinas and Es Cavalet

A non-refundable charge of £11.95 or equivalent in euros is per person, payable with your balance, clients will be covered for any accidental damages that occur during their stay in the villa.
The ADW charge will cover you for any non-intentional breakages or damage to the Villa or its contents, up to the value of £1500 or €1800 per group. Any accidental damage or breakages must be reported while clients are in occupancy of the Villa.
IMPORTANT: The ADW will not cover clients for wilful, deliberate or malicious damages to the Villa or its contents, or for damages or breakages that are not reported during the clients’ occupancy of the Villa. It does not cover damage to the pool, or the cost of draining and refilling the pool due to broken glass or other items being found in the pool.
The ADW does not cover fines from the police or other Island Authorities incurred for any type of anti-social behaviour, illegal activity or complaints arising from noise or disturbance.
The ADW does not cover extra cleaning or rubbish removal costs if the Villa is deliberately left in an excessively dirty state.
