About the property

Mountain-style house with garden of 1500 m2, with mature and trees bordered by the river. Next to the Natural Reserve of Saja, in a privileged environment of mountains, forests, rivers and peaks. 3 bedrooms, with its own bathroom each, and another room, kitchen, living room with stone fireplace is a large covered area with table and chairs porch, sofas and deck with mountain views and a spectacular and exclusive garden a barbecue area. Next to the house is a playground, a sports court and across the river a picnic. Bárcena de Pie de Concha is a quiet little mountain town that stands out for being located in a privileged landscape of forests, rivers and peaks, also because it is the starting point of many paths and routes as La Calzada Romana, which make reference hikers and walkers. The village has all amenities (supermarkets, banks, ATMs, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, railway station, etc.).

It is located a half hour drive from the beaches of Comillas, Santillana del Mar, and 45 min. the beaches of Sardinero in Santander, the nature park Cabarceno or ski resort Alto Campoo.

Es una casa muy amplia y espaciosa a pesar de lo acojedora que es , estaba muy limpia y no le faltaba ningun servicio , nos han tratado muy bien .

Ademas esta muy cerca del supermercado y de algunos bares .

Lo que mas llama la atencion es el jardin , hemos difrutado mucho y son impresionantes sus vistas .

Una casa preciosa, amplia, con todas las comodidades y un jardín privado estupendo situado junto a un río, al que tiene acceso. Hemos pasado unos días estupendos. Además Origen Turismo nos ha tratado muy bien.
