This ground floor apartment has 2 bedrooms, suitable for 4 people. A double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed. When you are 4 people, you must specify the services to prepare for 4 people. Apartment fully equipped and comfortable with all amenities. Including kitchen utensils, towels, coat, etc.

Guests can go to the solarium that can only be accessed from another door next to the apartment and go up to the second floor where the solarium is located, and if you want you can have breakfast or lunch and even dine in the solarium. The solarium offers views of Mount Teide Spain's highest peak and the sea, there is a small kitchen and you can also use it if needed. And also if you want you can hang clothes to the Sun, even if the apartment has a dryer.

-The WIFI zone only works in the TV lounge area

Lovely hosts, nicely furnished and spotlessly clean apartment

Eva and her parents were extremely welcoming and friendly. Because of a fiesta in nearby Icod de Los Vinos, the road was closed and we got lost. Eva and her mother drove out to find us, led us to the supermarket for supplies (supermarkets in the area are closed on Sundays) and then led us to the apartment.

The apartment itself is very tastefully furnished and was absolutely spotlessly clean.

During our 2 week stay, we used the roof terrace, which is now supplied with 2 sun loungers. There is a 360 degree view from the terrace, with a superb view of Mount Teide to the East and also the sea to the West.

Unlike one of the reviewers, we found no problem at all with the WiFi - it was very reliable the whole time.

The apartment is in a convenient location for Icod and also the old capital of Puerto de la Cruz. We also visited Teide National Park a couple of times and had fabulous walks there, as always. It's quite a long winding drive, but worth every bend!

The only real drawback with the apartment was, as one of the reviewers remarked, the noise of neighbouring dogs. Although it wasn't normally a problem during the day, they were sometimes very noisy in the middle of the night for quite lengthy periods, as well as early morning. We appreciate Eva cannot do anything about this, but it is worth noting. Incidentally, we are dog lovers.

Comfortable house, helpful owner

Clean and comfortable accommodation, friendly and helpful owner. Probably a new, more powerful router could improve the internet signal but cannot really complain about anything.

It also depends on the scope of the WiFi of your mobile device (smartphone , tablet , ... ) . You are always welcome to my apartment. Regards. Eva

Preis - Leistung TOP

Wir waren im Grunde zufrieden, es gab wenig zu bemängeln. Man muss Preis-Leistung beachten.

Die Dachterrasse kann kann zum Frühstücken benutzt werden. Leider keine Liegestühle vorhanden.

Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Wurden jeden morge von den Nachbarshunden geweckt, das ist weniger schön.

Aber ansonsten: GERNE WIEDER!
