A Spacious corner 3 bedroom apartment ideally located enjoying plenty of natural light having an open plan layout consisting of a recent modern kitchen, dining and sitting area leading to a large balcony where one can sit relax and enjoy the world go by. One can also enjoy the various cruise ships and sailing boats pass by whilst relaxing or have dinner al fresco in the balcony. There are 3 large spacious bedrooms, master bedroom air conditioned has a large double bed with en suite bathroom facilities , 2 other spacious bedrooms ( one of which is air conditioned ) with 2 single beds each and a large bathroom to share. There are 2 other balconies which enjoy side sea views. There is a bus stop across the road where one can use the public transport and travel around the island comfortably at a reasonable cost. The property is ideally situated as there are restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets very close by. One can just cross the road and go swimming in the open clean clear sea. If one prefers to swim in a pool one can take membership at Sliema Aquatic Lido where one can take a daily membership. Deckchairs and umbrellas are available for rent for a small daily fee. There are lovely walks to St Julians where one finds plenty of sea side restaurants and coffee shops or Sliema centre where you will find a shopping mall coffee shops and restaurants.

Very spacious apartment in prime position

My wife and I have stayed in Sliema many times so we were familiar with the geographical location.

The view from the lounge /balcony is ideal whether you are a sea gazer or people watcher.

The apartment is very spacious, indeed it was slightly too large for just my wife and I but the lounge/kitchen/dining area is truly impressive.

I doubt you could find a better equipped apartment in Sliema and the electrical appliances appear to be almost new.

The bathrooms are a little tired but I understand from Anthony that he intends to refit these soon, having said that, given its size, the apartment is very good value.

We enjoyed our stay there and Anthony was very attentive to our needs and even arranged the taxi from and to the appointment, which was similarly very reliable and efficient.

The 500 Euro returnable deposit is a nuisance, I would have been quite happy to provide a Sterling deposit of say £600 mainly because the vagaries of the exchange rate and the associated costs of buying and selling Euros resulted in us losing around £100 Sterling. Clearly this is not a fault of

Anthony but just an observation.

Great location...spacious apartment...wonderful host

We stayed for two weeks in Sliema. The apartment is in a perfect area. So much is in walking distance and with the bus right across the street, access to all parts of Malta is very easy. Anthony was very detailed when we checked in. We had to contact him for a couple of things during our stay and he was prompt getting back to us. Having to pay extra for WiFi, our daughters thought they should’ve had access to it in the bedrooms. Bathrooms could use updating but the rest of the apartment is great. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for breakfast as the views are amazing! Would highly recommend this apartment for a family. Thank you, Anthony!

Very good location. On sea front near bus stops, restaurants and swimming at beach.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was spacious and well eqiuipped. A large balcony with sea view.Tony, the owner was very helpful explaining how things worked in the apartment and telling us something about Malta.

Great property and location

Tony is a good host look after us very well the property is well equipped has a great view and the location is away from hustle bustle of the main tourist areas but still only a short walk bus stop near by means you don’t need a car to get around also Tony arranged our transfer from the airport which I would highly recommend. Wonderful large apartment in a great location

I spent almost two weeks here with my family, and we all loved it.

With the balcony doors open it can feel like being on a cruise ship looking out over the sea (and watching the other ships slide by).

The apartment is huge, with plenty of space in the living area, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. So big that I was glad I had a mini WiFi router with me to use as a repeater, as the signal doesn't reach the bedrooms as they're so far away from the living room.

One of the reasons I chose the place was the parking, as I've always had a car for visits to Malta. In the end I regretted having a car - it was much more hassle than it was worth. So many places are within walking distance. The ferry (and buses) to Valletta are handy, cheap and frequent, and for trips further afield (e.g. Gozo) I could have rented a car for just a day or two.

After a bit of a struggle finding the place initially I used the very nearby Mint cafe as a reference for getting around.

Tony was an excellent host, and I hope I'll be able to return for another stay.

Fabulous location

Fabulous location!! The promenade is right out front, as is the bus stop. It is very close to grocery stores,wine shop, wonderful beach , restaurants and the Sliema shopping.

The unit itself is very spacious....modernized kitchen with all the amenities, three balconies, large living room ,spacious bedrooms,and so on. We loved sitting on the balcony at the end of the day with our wine watching the activity on the street below.

Anthony is very helpful. I would highly recommend getting him to book you a cab from the airport as the place can be difficult to find the first time.

Our weather was absolutely perfect the whole week we were there..not sure Anthony can guarantee that for everyone though!
