The property is ideally situated as there are restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets very close by. One can just cross the road and go swimming in the open clean clear sea. If one prefers to swim in a pool one can take membership at Sliema Aquatic Lido where one can take a daily membership. Deckchairs and umbrellas are available for rent for a small daily fee. There are lovely walks to St Julians where one finds plenty of sea side restaurants and coffee shops or Sliema centre where you will find a shopping mall coffee shops and restaurants.
As of March 2019 guests will be able to enjoy new bathrooms which will be installed during the winter months . The apartment is fully air conditioned or heated depending when one will stay in the apartment.
