A very nice apartment

A very good apartment with two separate bedrooms. The bedrooms were nicely decorated and had plenty of space for our belongings. The living room had a dining area and a cozy couch with a good tv. The kitchen was easy to use, and had a plenty of supplies, like coffee, salt, peppers and everything else you might need. The bathroom had a bath, towels were provided. The apartment had a spacious terrace with an ocean view. The apartment is in a residential neighborhood, it was quiet and peaceful there. When we arrived, the owner was very polite and friendly. If we will come back to Tenerife, we would stay there again. Thank you very much.

Fabulous apartment, great location!

We loved staying at the apartment and had everything we needed. The double bed was really comfortable, great storage space for your clothes. The shower was great, with hot water whenever you needed it. There is a coffee machine which was wonderful and a really comfy sofa to relax after you’ve been out for a nice meal! The kitchen is well equipped and the outside area very spacious, we ate our breakfast outside every day. The birds sing to you every morning from the trees and you can see the sea from your chair and watch the sun rise! For peace of mind there is a safe too which is helpful. Location wise it’s next to Montana Amarilla which has a lovely beach place to sit and enjoy a drink or go snorkelling off the rocks. You can also go for a pleasant walk up and over the top or round the base on low tide. There’s a supermarket just across the road too!

Restaurant wise, there are lots nearby. Our favourites were Bougainville, an Italian place about 5 mins walk away, our next best was a place called Corazon, which takes about 20 mins to walk to the TenBel shopping area in La Galetas which is downstairs in a shopping precinct, do not be be fooled by first impressions the restaurant is amazing with some Belgian treats to try. The apartment is easy to find from the airport and is a short drive to Los Christianos where we took advantage of the sandy beaches.

The apartment was everything we needed, it was clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed staying there! We’d definitely recommend staying here. Thank you Juan and Mabel for accommodating us so well!

Homely Apartment in quiet neighbourhood

Juan and Mabel were excellent hosts who could not do more for their guests. The apartment had a rustic appearance that totally suited us. The bedrooms had plenty of cupboard space and the beds were comfortable. The sheets and towels were changed each week. The big plus for the apartment was the sizeable terrace which allowed sunbathing until about 3pm each day, when you could go to the pool area for the rest of the day. The main pool was shut for maintenance while we were there but the baby pool and plunge pool were both available which was sufficient for us.

The internet, which was important for us, was excellent in the apartment and we were surprised to have a full range of UK terrestrial television channels on an HD television.

The apartments and indeed the neighbourhood were a mixture of permanent and tourist residences. There are a number of good supermarkets within easy walking distance of the apartment and there is a bus stop immediately outside which goes to Los Christianos and La Caleta. There are no sandy beaches in the area and the nearest proper shopping area is in Las Galletas which is a walk of about 20 minutes. There is a small mall at the end of the street which has restaurants and bars as well as a small Hyper Dino supermarket.

Overall a good area and apartment for retirees like us but probably a little quiet for party animals.

Good location, great property

The apartment was very spacious, and clean, we found in the kitchen everything we need, oil, vinegar, sugar, pasta, rice even some non-alcoholic beer ;). The pool and play ground is right through the passing through the door, water was warm. You can buy water on the property. We enjoy sea view from the terrace. It is close to the sea, 2 minutes walk, supermarket on the other side of the street, with good choice of all basic ingredients. Would recommend, to everyone with small children. There was also bus station near the property, but we have rented car, and it was easy to go around. The near city Los Galletas is very nice, small, with some shops, great walk beside the sea.

Good location clean and as described

Apartment is as described and the pictures are a true representation. All facilities shown to us by Juan who was waited at the apartment for us when we arrived got kids online so that was them happy

Good beds kitchen clean and well stocked some essential items oil salt and pepper ect in larder saves wastage of these items Food store about 50 mt along the road handy for bread and milk etc Resturaunts and bars nearby and bus Into town outside apartment. Las Galletas about 10 mins away by car very nice town centre very welcoming resturaunts and coffee bars and beach area

Our day started with a few cups of coffee on the terrace and watching the world go by then out to the pool until 1 or 2 then into town for some lunch then a walk around in the shade of the town centre then back to the pool after three until about 6 ish pool area was well kept and always welcoming we used the two seat/loungers from the appertment at the pool but some flat ones available in pool area.

As for the previous review we did not have the music party problem it is an apartment block so don't expect tranquil noise free living, noise was not an issue for us.

Good location, noisy evinroment

Apartment itself is like in the pictures. All arrangements sent fluently and Juan waited at the apartment even we had some issues at the airport.

Good kitchen, beds are just fine. Double bed is bit small for couples. Food stores, bus stop and bars nearby.

Pools were closed almost half of the time we spent there.

Only downside of this apartment are neibourghs. Woman living next to apartment partys alot and she kept us awake. Lot of noise. Most of the nights she stopped around 2 am but sometimes she kept going all the way to 5 am. So bring your earplugs with you.
