"Les Oliviers". This is a comfortable family home presented to a high standard and providing perfect holiday accommodation for groups of friends or extended families. This spacious property is two levels with accommodation which can be separated if preferred, plus a studio with an independant entrance. Entrance is on the upper level where there is a covered dining terrace, large gas barbecue and a breakfast terrace at the rear. The open plan living/dining room has an adjoining summer room which is the perfect spot to relax and take in the views, even during the winter months. There are two bedrooms on the upper level and two more on the lower. Plus a double bedroom studio. There is an added bonus of a large pool table on the lower level, great for teenagers, plus two sets of golf clubs for clients' use.
The property has a personal locked gate leading directly into the village of Montauroux and is completely enclosed with no visible neighbours giving a totally private and secluded setting. The magnificent views are from almost every area and room of the property. The grounds are on three levels with plenty of grassed areas for kids to play safely. The villa is well equipped for babies and toddlers with cot, high chair, push chair, baby bath and many more extras.
Montauroux is a short drive from Lac de St Cassien for walks, summer activities, waterside restaurants. The autoroute is easy access for the day trips to the beaches at Cannes or Frejus St Raphael or other tourist attractions. Montauroux has a market twice a week and Fayence village 3 times a week so you will not be short of somewhere to buy the wonderful local produce.
