Villa situated in the beautiful place Marbesa, 8 km away from Marbella, has a newly landscaped garden, complete privacy with a beautiful swimming pool and fruit trees. Even garden furniture, lounge sofa and light beds are renewed this season. TO 5 minutes walking distance beautiful beaches with restaurants. known restaurant club200 and Rama. Villa situated in a quiet beautiful and manicured neighborhood and within fifteen minutes you're in Marbella, Fuengirola and many golf courses. For the children many opportunities like water and snow parks which are accessible by car within 15 minutes.

The villa has on the ground floor two bedrooms, bathroom, spacious kitchen and beautifully decorated living room. Upstairs we rent do not you stay and when we're not in Spain.

Fantastic tranquil setting

The outside is amazing. Fabulous generous pool with great seating areas. Inside is a lovely lounge area but storage is limited in the kitchen. All amenities you could need however WiFi is not very good.

Lovely area with a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely return.

Stunning villa

This is an excellent villa to spend some holiday time in. It is in a great location within walking distance to Marbesa beach and the well appointed Simbad beach restaurant. It is within a quiet residential area with no built up hotels or large shopping areas, midway between Marbella and La Cala (or nearby Fuengirola). The villa itself is spilt into two floors - the owners retaining exclusive use of the upper floor of the house which is locked off. On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms (one large room with a double bed) and a similarly sized bedroom with 3 single beds. There is well equipped kitchen which is pleasant to work in and there is a large living / dining area with a TV set and comfortable sofas. However, it is at the rear of this fine property where its qualities really shine. The garden and pool area are stunning, the pool furniture tastefully chosen, while the pool itself is very well designed and of a good size, with a great semi-circular entrance feature near the rear of the house. The tiling of the pool is beautiful also, which glisten in a multicoloured glow when direct sunlight hits them. There is a great seating area at the far end of the pool to catch the evening sun, and we spent some wonderful evenings sitting there listening to our own music on portable wifi operated speakers. And there is also a great outside eating area with a large table, which is shaded under the upstairs balcony of the house. The owners (in contact with us remotely) were very friendly and on hand to answer any questions/queries, and their greeting staff were very informative and helpful. Properties of this nature are naturally not cheap, but I feel my family got very good value for money given the luxury elements of this property, and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We give it a 9 out of 10. One tiny quibble - beds could be a little more comfortable. That said, we loved it. Thanks Petr and Joyce for the comfort and enjoyment of your beautiful home. Super verblijf, heerlijk zwembad en in een mooie omgeving

Zeer leuk huis met heerlijk zwembad en de omgeving is super. Alles is goed met de auto te bereiken. Maar te voet zijn ook wat restaurantjes en een buurtsuper te bereiken.

Daarnaast was het contact met de eigenaren zeer aangenaam en hebben wij een super vakantie gehad. Wij komen zeker terug naar dit gebied.

Las Chapas is a beautiful place about 8 km from Marbella and 25 minutes from Malaga airport. The apartment is located in La Chapas, the district Marbesa, a quiet neighborhood with many detached villas. Our house is within walking distance, 5 minutes from the beach and sea. Beautiful position with a fifth numerous restaurants all within walking distance. known restaurants

Restaurant Club 200 and Rama. Nice trips are within 15 minutes o a. Marbella, Fuengrola, Puerto Banus.

Many golf courses within 5-15 minutes. Water parks for the children are also there. The beaches are quiet as there is only one hotel in La chapas state. The sunbeds are available to rent for favorable prices.
