Beautiful villa in the charming Natural Reserve of "Piani di Spagna" (for more details google "Pian di Spagna and Lago di Mezzola Natural Reserve") with a beautiful 50 sqm porch, 1200 sqm sunny garden full of flowers and trees, with an amazing sight on a unique landscape. The house can comfortably host up to 8 people (two families or groups).

The villa stands only 70 meters away from the beaches of Lake Como. You can easily access the lakeshore also with your baby's stroller.

You can access the Natural Reserve of "Piani di Spagna" directly from the private garden, having access to more than 40 km of trails, perfect for biking or walking among a well keeped rural landscape surrounded by beautiful mountains.

You can take the Ferry Boat in Colico and travel across the beautiful Lake Como (for more details google "Navigazione Lago di Como").

In Geria Lario you can find a public swimming pool near the lakeshore, accessible at a very cheap daily rate.

In Domaso you can rent various type of motorboats, even 40HPs -no license needed-. From the water, you can get really fantastic views of Lake Como's amazing landscape and world famous villas, such as "Villa del Balbianello", set of many famous movies from "007 Casino Royale" to "Star Wars: Episode II - Attack of the Clones ".

In Piantedo you can find a very nice mall / commercial center with almost every shopping stuff, included a (for more details google "Centro Commerciale Fuentes, Piantedo").

Beautiful place- lots of midges in the evenings. A few mintues walk to the beach which was never busy -August stay.

The property was clean and tidy when we arrived. The bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfy.

We had an enjoyable holiday here - the house was big enough for our party of 4 adults and 4 children. The property was clean and tidy and there was plenty of space outside to relax and for children to play. The bedrooms were spacious and very clean. The lake (with beach) and a very good restaurant were only a short walk away. We did have a problem with mosquitos during our stay, we were told that this was because of the close proximity of the nature reserve.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Urlaubsgebiet mit genügend Sehenswürdigkeiten! Wir hatten die Räder dabei und haben die Umgebung gut erkunden können! Leider mussten dabei auch immer wieder in gewissen Bereichen stark befahrene Straßen benutzt werden ,da das Radwegenetz nicht mehr hergab! Trotzdem hat es Spaß gemacht! Bademöglichkejten waren genügend vorhanden,eine davon war in 200m vom Grundstück schnell zu erreichen! Diese musste allerdings bei Wind mit Hunderten von Surfern geteilt werden,welche beim Gleitschirmspannen fast den gesamten Strand beanspruchten! Wasserqualität war top und Baden hat Spaß gemacht! Die Ausflüge nach Madrid,Monza,und Como haben uns gut gefallen! Das Grundstück ist groß ,schön grün und gut bepflanzt! Die Nutzbarkeit der Schlaf,- Sanitär,- Wohnbereiche war gut! Die Mahlzeiten wurden auf der großen Terrasse im Aussenbereich eingenommen ,der große rustikale Tisch bot der sechsköpfigen Familie viel Platz! Nun ein paar leider negative Erwähnungen! Das Holzgeländer aus Rundhölzern war morsch und hatte fast zu einem schweren Unfall geführt ,beim Anlehnen fiel eine Eckverbindung auseinander! Mein Schwiegersohn konnte sich gerade nach abfangen,sonst wäre er rückwärts 2m in die Tiefe gefallen auf einen Plattenweg! Die Verwalterin hat es im Nachgang dokumentiert ! Die Zufahrt zum Objekt ,die letzten 300m sind eine Panzerteststrecke mit einer sehr bei Regen verschlammten Wasserlochpfützenbefahrung! ( nur einseitig) Im Objekt wurde eingebrochen!Schmuck/Geld

Beautiful veranda and garden, close to the beach

We had a wonderful stay at Boschetto with two families. Its one minute to the beach and the neighborhood is sourrounded by a nature reserve. The house is well equipped and in good condition. Rooms aren't huge, but we spend most time outside on the beautiful veranda and in the garden anyway. Unfortunatelly no washing machine available. Very uncomplicated check-in and check-out.

Haus am See

Sehr kurzer Weg zu Fuß zum Sandstrand. Haus und Grundstück sind ok, Landestypische. Die drei oberen Schlafzimmer sind ohne Klimaanlage und mit einem Standventilator ausgestattet. Das war für unsere Urlaubswoche ( Durchschnittstemperatur am Tag 35 Grad und in Nacht 25 Grad ) nicht optimal. Im Haus waren laut Temperaturanzeige immer um die 27 Grad. Das Schlafzimmer unten hat einen Deckenventilator, der auch sehr leise in der Nacht läuft. Sehr große überdachte Terrasse mit Esstisch, wir waren 8 Personen und hatten Platz.
