Master bedroom has KING SIZE BED and private bath. Bedroom #2 has DOUBLE TWIN BEDS. Bedroom #3 has QUEEN BED. The living room has been updated with beautiful tile flooring and a leather sectional. Kitchen has BREAKFAST BAR and opens to adjacent dining room and living room. Living room opens to private furnished patio which overlooks POOL and BEACH. Everything about this condo was great! From the cleanliness to the pool to the closeness to the beach. And a special thank you to the owner for helping me with the sign in process. We will be back! This is the place to stay if you are planning to cruise out of Cape Canaveral.

Beautiful view

The condo was right on the beach with a good view. The condo is convenient to area restaurants and grocery stores. The condo has nice furnishings. It was a little warm in the bedrooms but the living room stays nicely cool. The complex is clean and well kept.

Good condo by the beach

traveling with the kids we wanted to be close to the beach and have a pool available to us as most of the time we would spend outside. the property delivered on both

it is perfectly located by the beach and within short drive of restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

it is a spacious, well maintained 3 bed/2bath condo perfect for a family. the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including the dishwasher and the washing machine. there is also beach equipment available - chairs, parasol, toys etc.

the balcony overlooked the pool and gave a sea view so was a nice place to sit and enjoy evening drink.

the only issue that we had was the internet connection which was weak and dropping out quite a lot.

all in all it was a good place to stay for 3 nights by the beach with kids.

Don't let the outside turn u away.. our condo was clean and nicely decorated.

We loved our stay. We had plenty of room. Beach toys and chairs. View of the pool and ocean were perfect. Beach is clean and patrolled! Our dryer did stop working the 1st day there. But the owners were great !gave us a little cash to use onsite machines and refunded $100..also comped a free night with our next stay of 3night. WE HAVE NO COMPLAINTS!

You get what you pay for

Pictures are accurate. But 6 forks for a 3 bedroom condo! Really?!? Not many kitchen items to use! Plenty of plates, cups and bowls but if you want to cook anything, forget it. So bring you family and your frypan, cookie sheets, silverware, crockpot, sauce pans, mixing bowls.....

Owner's Response: We have made many upgrades to the kitchen utensils, pot & pans, bake ware and dishes. We also have a storage unit at our office not to far from the unit. We could have brought you any of those items. We apologize for the issue during your stay.

Change of Location Trip!

This year our family decided to vacation "outside the box." After 15 plus years of visiting Ocean City, MD, we thought we'd do something completely different. We flew to our beach vacation- Cocoa Beach! We enjoyed the beach, the sunny weather, and learning about a new city. We were even lucky and fortunate enough to visit Disney World! Thank you for letting us enjoy your rental unit for the week. We enjoyed your condo and pool at this complex!

Walking to Downtown Cocoa Beach to enjoy drinks or dinner. Also the world famous Ron Jon's Surf Shop is just minutes away. Watch the cruise ships depart at Port Canaveral, just 5 miles to the north. The casino cruises set sail several times a day and offer free food and drinks.

We are just 45 minutes away from Orlando International Airport and attractions (DISNEY WORLD, SEA WORLD, UNIVERSAL, ETC.)
