2 Bedroom apartment on the Firth of Forth, direct bus route into city centre

Gorgeous, newly refurbished (late 2015) 2 bedroom 3rd floor apartment (with lift access).

Bedroom 1 has a Super-King bed (and en-suite) whilst Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds.

The main bedroom has its own en-suite shower room in addition to the main bathroom (with shower) which all can enjoy.

2 additional single fold up beds are available for a 5th and 6th guest.

The open plan lounge/dining/kitchen has been well planned with a large seating area, TV with plenty of DVDs to choose from and a selection of books to enjoy while relaxing on the comfy sofas.

The dining table caters for 6.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with oven/hob, large fridge freezer and a dishwasher.

Some tea, coffee and milk will be provided.

Free unlimited wifi can be found throughout the apartment.

Secure underground parking can be provided free of charge.

Western Harbour is a popular area and has a direct bus route into the City Centre in around 30 minutes. There's also a large supermarket (Asda) and Ocean Terminal Shopping Centre within a short walk. The Royal Yacht Britannia is within Ocean Terminal and is a must see.

Why Lisa McKinney chose Edinburgh and Lothians

I purchased this property when it was first built as I knew The Shore area was very much "up and coming". The area is very cosmopolitan and has many trendy bars and Michelin star restaurants to dine in. The property appealed to me as, despite it being a new build, it was of generous size.

What makes this apartment unique

It's always handy having an additional en-suite bathroom in the property and the view and walking opportunities from just outside are outstanding. You can see the Forth Road and Rail bridges from a few seconds away.
