In a building designed by the French architect Jean Nouvel, of very linear architecture or straight lines and minimalist, of this century, located in the center of Puerto de Ibiza Nueva, former Marina Botafoch. Design apartments and avant-garde decoration 'very minimalist' taking care of the smallest detail, with functional and exterior elements, very bright with views of the pool, two double bedrooms, kitchenette and parking included.

The building is located in a maritime area, specifically in Puerto Ibiza Nueva, former Marina Botafoch, very central, but at the same time away from the hustle and bustle and in a privileged and elitist area. A few meters from the Pacha nightclub, Hotel Pacha, restaurants such as Lio, Cipriani or Cirque du Solei by Ferrán Adrià.

A 20 minute walk from the old town of Ibiza, called "Dalt Vila" and the center of Ibiza, one of the must-see areas of the island, full of restaurants, bars and clothing stores. And due to its privileged location, walking to the old town of Ibiza, "Dalt Vila" or to Talamanca beach, along the promenade, is a real pleasure. If the destination is farther away, there is no problem: there is a taxi stand nearby.
