Great value and location but...

We stayed in apartment 1 for six nights in April and found it ideal for the area. Conveniently located in central Ronda with excellent secured free parking and clean and tidy. The photos are accurate for the property and we found the owners both helpful and friendly. Our reservations were for a stay of anything more than a couple of nights, there is no oven; no washing machine; a very limited range of kitchen utensils (we even had to buy a bread knife) much of the small set of crockery was either badly chipped or missing; no change of towels despite a 6 day stay (and not means of washing them) and that the wall behind the bed was covered with mould and damp - as was the wall beside the dining table and the bathroom. We were assured by the owner that this was going to be addressed in the coming ‘warm’ months. TV provided but no UK channels. For a delightful trip try visiting Zahara De La Sierra for lunch. Lovely but be prepared for the hill! Consider this as a very reasonably priced, spacious and comfortable hotel room with the extra convenience of a tiny kitchen with fridge/freezer and microwave and a sitting and dining area. Great value, but could be brilliant so easily.

Ronda 1 bedroom near train station

Well appointed and well managed unit. We appreciated the free use of laundry in the other building. The slow shower drain was the one problem we experienced.

Una estancia muy agradable

Todo perfecto, puntuales a la hora de la recogida de llaves, nos estaban esperando en el apartamento. Es muy cómodo el tema del parking. Hubo un pequeño malentendido y el Sr.Regino lo resolvio sin problemas.

Generell eine schöne Wohnung in guter Lage. Wir hatten Apartment 1 im EG, das war stark verschimmelt

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen und in einem schönen Haus. Wie die anderen Wohnungen sind, können wir nicht sagen, aber unser Apartment Nr 1 im EG war stark verschimmelt in allen Zimmern und es roch auch sehr unangenehm. Nur bedingt empfehlenswert. Positiv war die kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage
