Enjoying a sense of seclusion, though by no means isolated, Villa Ilios and its colourful gardens are tiered into a wooded slope, just 50 metres from the waters edge. The gardens are sprinkled with tubs of flowers; Looking over the water to the greek mainland coast, the exeptional views from the large covered terrace furnished with sofa and a dining table are sublime . The terrace leads in, through double doors, to an airy sitting/dining room and kitchen area, cheerfully furnished in country style, with brightly coloured cushions on typical islands style wooden furnitures and fitted with contemporary facilities . Each of the bedrooms has air conditioning. The villa has a built-in barbecue and is a 500metre stroll from a local taverna and 300 meters from Paxos beach Hotel.. Slightly more up-tempo, the vibrant harbour of Gaios is 2km away, with a variety of shops, fresh fish restaurants and a moving panorama of visiting yachts and with lots of atmosphere.....Perfect for lazy days and livelier nights. its peaceful ambiance and private location combine to seduce the sun-seeker into farniente, swimming from the rocks below or at Ballos beach cove a few minute walk away and then lingering over a lunch cooked on the bbq and served under the shade of trees
