“La Hacienda” is a beautiful luxury detached private Spanish villa in a privileged quiet location yet within walking distance to both the town of Jalon and village of Lliber. The villa is on a flat south west facing 2000m2 plot on one level completely secure and walled in. In addition to the wonderful mature gardens the villa boasts the most amazing outside areas to include, large 12m x 5m saltwater pool with pool slide, outside shower, summer bar with TV and freeview satellite and kitchen with fridges, freezer, dishwasher, gas range oven and separate gas BBQ, children´s play house with swings and slide, trampoline, pool table area, table tennis area, grass lawn with football net, large terrace and sunbathing areas, impressive stone pillared pergola dining area that seats 12, outside casita with toilet and changing area, plus several other alfresco dining and relax areas. The pergola, summer bar, kitchen and pool can all be lit ideal for night time entertaining and swimming. A stunning enclosed open air courtyard at the front of the villa accessed via majestic wooden doors provides an additional breakfasting or dining area with retractable awning shade and the courtyard can also be lit at night.
The villa consists of the main house area which sleeps 8 (mixture of adults and children). Master bedroom with kingsize bed, en-suite with free standing bath and walk in shower, and patio doors to the pool, terracing and garden areas, adjacent twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, separate guest toilet, large and luxurious fully fitted kitchen dining and family room, separate utility room, huge main lounge and a glazed naya overlooking the courtyard leading to twin bedroom with large 120cm twin beds and master bedrooom with superking size bed. Guest house annex which sleeps 2 (adults only) with a kitchen, guest toilet, lounge dining room and separate master bedroom with en-suite. The guest house is accessed internally via a shared utility room but can be closed off internally as it has its´ own front door access from the courtyard and patio doors from the lounge to the pool, garden and terracing areas making the villa ideal for two families if wishing to share. The guest house annex is not suitable for children.
The villa has air conditioning in all bedrooms, internet access, freeview satellite TV, mosquito nets on all windows, fly screens on all patio doors and private gated off street parking.
In additional to the outside amenities there is also an Xbox 360, a selection of board games, a variety of books for summer reading and a small selection of DVD´s.
La Hacienda is truly “something special” and decorated to a very high and luxurious standard.
The villa is registered with the Valencia Tourist Board - Ref AT-444538-A. This is a compulsory requirement when holiday renting out your villa and gives you peace of mind when making your booking.
The €500 Security Bond is to cover any damage to the property, excessive cleaning or its contents/fixtures and fittings. Upon your departure we would expect you to leave the property in a reasonably clean and tidy condition so that we can efficiently prepare it for the next guests and all rubbish to be removed from the premises. If we incur extra costs for rubbish removal or for excessive cleaning then we reserve the right to retain your security bond to cover such costs and once deductions have been made we will refund you any balance due. We will discuss any deductions with you before returning the security deposit. If you have complied with the above and left the villa in a reasonable condition then the €500 Security Bond will be refunded to you at the end of the rental period once a final inspection has taken place.
Please note that the villa has been successfully holiday rented out for the past two years, all private bookings direct with ourselves.
