This fantastic ground floor 3 bedroom property is available for short term rent.

Acces to the property from the beach and easy acces form the street into a closed and secured garage. Easy access from underground parking after having done the heavy shopping for the holiday. From the lounge you have direct access to the garden (South west facing) – a private patio with a dining area and a lounge area for 6 people. Comfortable seating area with a BBQ.

From the patio you can walk out to the beautiful taken care of mature Andalusian gardens. The urbanization has several pools, including a kiddies pool, with amazing views of the beach and La Torre de la Sal (direct beach access). Inside fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave etc. There is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom for him and her. The master bedroom walks out onto the terrace, what is a fantastic way of waking up in the morning.

2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, enough closet space and a family bathroom in the hallway with walk-in shower. Spanish / English / Russian / German, further international and sports channels and there is a DVD player. The house is fully air-conditioned and also heats for the winter period. Perfect property to rent all year round. Included in the prices there is Optic Fibre internet and English and Spanish Television channels.

Notes

  • Cots and high chairs are available for hire at 50€ for up to two weeks. We do not include bedlinen for the cot. We also rent hairdryers and beach towels for 5€ each.

    A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals as of 8:30PM or 50€ for arrivals as of midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival.

    We have a safe at our office in the port of Estepona if you prefer to pick up the keys from here at no charge. All payments however will need to be made in advance.

    The (AC) electric consumption has a limit of 75€ per week.

    Where English TV is advertised, we are unable to guarantee this service during 2016, however, we will do our best to find an alternative solution when the satellites are withdrawn.
