Privately-owned apartment in the Silvretta Park Hotel

With access to all hotel facilities and situated within walking distance of lifts, shops and restaurants.

Spectacular views. Ideal for all ages and much loved by the owners.

Klosters shares it’s skiing network with Davos giving 190 miles of downhill runs and 52 ski lifts, as well as boasting some of the best off-piste skiing in the world.

During the winter months cross country skiing, skating, toboggan runs, horse-drawn sleigh rides, winter polo and snow shoe trekking are all within easy access.

Whilst in summer and Autumn you have the outdoor tennis courts and swimming pools, glorious mountain hikes, paragliding, mountain bike trails and gentle walks along the valleys.

The hotel also has a ‘Flipper Club’ on the ground floor for 3-12 year olds. A huge playroom equipped with masses of toys where the children play – they are also given lunch and taken to the nursery slopes.

This is a much-loved family-owned apartment which is now newly available on the rental market.

We travel extensively for work and want the apartment to be loved and enjoyed by others as much as it is by ourselves.

Why Teresa S chose Klosters-Serneus

The apartment is ideal for two families with children - and if you require more room you can always rent the studio apartment next door from the hotel.

There are only three apartments on the top floor, ours is situated at the end of the corridor, through wooden ‘saloon style’ swing doors, giving access to a useful hallway where you can leave boots and jackets.

There are balconies on three sides of the apartment.

Although the apartment is conveniently situated in the centre of the small picturesque town of Klosters, it feels like a chalet with it's mezzanine level, wood ceilings and stunning views. Situated in the 'apartment wing; of the Five star Silvretta Park hotel has huge advantages with free use of the heated, indoor swimming pool with it's hot tub, steam room, sauna and gym - all situated directly four floors below our Penthouse. The hotel has an excellent ground floor Stubli restaurant - ideal when you don't feel like cooking or going out. However other excellent restaurants are only a stones throw away. Room service is also available. Everything is convenient, including a ski school booking desk in the lobby and sleigh rides from the front door. The Flipper Club is a godsend if you have small children who can't manage a full days skiing or you want a 'child-free' day. You can leave them downstairs in the large playroom full of toys and games, they are given lunch and are taken skiing on the nursery slope (just a few minutes toddler walk away.)

Having a car is a nice luxury and we have two parking areas in the hotel basement, but a car is by no means essential as the train from Zurich is easy, local buses and taxis are readily available and shops, restaurants and lifts are all within easy walking distance.
