Bathroom with separate shower and bath with toilet and basin. The kitchen is modern with extended views over the back garden, which is private (for use by the flat only) and is great for kids and summer BBQ's.

Please could you kindly take off your shoes at the entrance. No smoking inside and please be respectful of English quite times from 22h00 to 06h30 am. During daytime hours we have a beautiful interior design shop downstairs and it would be appreciated if shoes can not be worn in the flat to help reduce noise and damage to the flooring. Otherwise please enjoy! PS: We do not unfortunately allow pets due to house rules.

Very nice and comfortable apartment!!

I stayed there for three months and can only recommend this wonderful apartment to everybody. You have there everything what you need: completed kitchen, very good and modern badroom and very big two rooms with nice view. The appartment is directly on High street where you can find restaurants and shops... Already missing Ascot :)

We are 15-20 minute walk from Ascot Railway station with trains going directly to London Waterloo in 50 minutes. There is a bus stop directly outside for trips to Windsor, etc OR by car less than 5 to 7 minutes drive away.

Ascot race course is 25 minute walk or 10 minute cycle.

The Marist School 5 minutes walk.

St Mary's and Charters Schools 15 minutes walk.

Directly across the road from St Michael's C Of E Primary School.

Sunninghill Nursery and play centre just up the road, 2 minutes away.
