Lisbon Apartment Historic is an amazing apartment with more than 100 years, located in the heart of the city, with a view over the Tagus River. The apartment is located in the best area of Alcantara, one of the nicest areas of Lisbon. The guests can go walk in DOCKS a great area near the river with restaurants, cafés and esplanades. Lx Factory, one of the most attraction area of Lisbon stays at 5 mints walk from the apartment. The guest que cam by car can park without pay.
We will indulge the guest with:
2 bedrooms (one for the couple and other with two separate beds)
1 bathroom with shower and a big bathtub
Living room with a dining table and 6 sofas
Cable TV, Internet wi-fi
2 Air conditioner (one in the bedrooms and another in the living room)
Double glass windows, to guarantee quiet nights

Hi, we were redirected by the owner to other apartment. This one has problems with the water pipes 2 days before our arrival.
The price was the same and it was placed in a near area (Belém), but in my opinion the "redirected" apartment is much worse than the one we reserved.
Bad luck? Or a trick to capture clients?
Cátia (the owner) is so smart and she apologies for the inconvenience, so I think it was a real bad luck situation.

General Terms and Conditions of the Lisbon Historic Apartment Apartment
Please do not exceed the maximum permitted number of occupants for each room.
2. Pets/ animals
Pets are not allowed.
3. House Rules
Please adhere to the general habits customary in blocks of flats. After 10 p.m., under all circumstances, avoid making
any noise that could disturb fellow residents, including loud conversations on the balcony or terrace.
The guest/tenant renouces all further claims on the contract.
The tenant is responsible for any damage to the flat during his tenure and must compensate the landlord accordingly.
The landlord cannot be held responsible for temporary failures of equipment in the flat or for the failure of public utilities, etc, a price reduction is not envisaged. This also applies to natural disasters (acts of God).
At the end of the tenancy period the tenant is expected to leave the flat clean and tidy, including washing up used kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery. If the tenant neglects to do this, a mandatory fee of 40 euros to cover cleaning
costs will be added to the final bill.
Loss of keys will entail a fee of at least 80 euros.
The landlord has the right to alter the furnishings and equipment within the flat.
The landlord has the right to enter the flat as required. The landlord takes no responsibilty for loss of valuables.
The tenant uses the flat, staircases, furniture, etc., at his or her own risk.
If a legal dispute should arise and any of the previous statements should contain errors in formulation or be rendered inoperative, then they should be understood according to current legal interpretation.
