Ty Bach was built new in 2015 and offers unbelievable cliff top sea views along with views of Dafrach and Treaddeur. Just a 2 minute walk from the door and you’ll see South Stack lighthouse in all its glory and could visit the RSPB coffee shop and visitor centre. It’s a paradise for those who love views of the sea, wildlife and getting away from it all.
Sorry we do not allow dogs or any other pets. The cottage is brand new and we're afraid it'd only take one bad owner to cause a lot of damage.
Ty Bach is a high quality cottage which is currently going through review with Visit Wales and we are hoping to achieve 5 stars. There is plenty of off road parking for 4 cars if required.
There are short and long walks right on the doorstep or you can relax on the sun decking or sit in the sun trap at the back of the building and enjoy the peace and view of the Llyn Peninsula. Perhaps a short loop walk over the cliff tops at sunset sounds a nice idea?
The photography potential is huge here, South Stack is very often the front cover of most Anglesey Calendars.
The cottage is in the RSPB reserve and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).
The spectacular South Stack lighthouse is only 2 minutes walk away and can be viewed clearly from the RSPB cafe which is 200m up the road. If you want to walk down to the lighthouse there are a good few steps but it's well worth the visit. Note - the lighthouse isn't open all year please check with the council / RSPB cafe beforehand.
We stayed here for a weekend with friends, the location is simply stunning. On the first morning we awoke to the most incredible sunrise over snowdonia before we headed out to enjoy the local area. On our return that evening there was an equally impressive sunset, just spectacular. If visited, the top of Holyhead Mountain is a must for impressive 360 degree views! and South Stack Lighthouse in an evening is beautfiul. Just a few hours drive from the city and we were in luxury for the weekend. The wood burner is a fantastic for a cosy evening in with friends. Look forward to our next stay.

We love this cottage its ideal for the 2 of us. The cottage is warm, cosy, comfortable & well equipped . With 3 supermarkets in a 10 minute drive its ldeally situated . Views from the door are amazing the lighthouse is a 5 minute walk away the sunsets are a must to watch . A lovely large bathroom, the bath is deep so you can soak in it, a big walk in shower and plenty of towels . Plenty of space outside a good corner with table and chairs to sit and eat . The decked area at the top is a real suntrap and we sat on the slate bench in a little walled area and had beautiful views. We had a fabulous Sunday lunch at The Black Seal in Trearddur Bay booking a must as its popular .We walked down to South Stack Lighthouse what an adventure . The Snowdon Steam experience was great . All in all we cannot rate this cottage and area highly enough we thoroughly enjoyed our stay .Thanks Chris and Gemma for the loan of your cottage we will be back, looking now at booking for same time next year . I have recommended this cottage to a work colleague and her family and she was so impressed she has booked it .
We spent a week here over New Year. Fabulous location with sea views from the sitting room. Great walks from the front door. Very well equipped , with excellent facilities, very comfortable and clean . Well laid out with plenty of storage. The combination of underfloor heating and a wood burning stove made it really cosy. Ample off road parking. Nice touches with the welcome pack and sound system. Highly recommended!
Extrem praktisch und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Schöne Lage mit Blick aufs Meer und direkt am Naturschutzgebiet. Super zum Wandern, Ruhe genießen und relaxen.
