About The Owner

I live in the UK & bought this apartment as an investment & furnished it to a high standard to appeal to families wanting high end accommodation. Oceania Bay Village is a great complex, offering the best of all worlds, complete relaxation but with both Pyla village, the beach & Larnaca close by. I love Cyprus and felt this was the right place to buy.

I liked the area, a good place from which to explore surrounding places of interest. The complex offers the best of both worlds, away from busier resorts but well equipped with swimming pools, gymnasium & sauna.

Notes on accommodation: Children are welcome (there is a travel cot but no bedding) & there is no high chair so they must be able to sit at table. Outside: Large terrace, table, 4 chairs, shared swimming pool & children's pool, shared heated indoor pool, gymnasium and sauna. Utility Room: Cleaning bucket, mop, broom, dustpan and brush, clothes horse, hangers. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen is included & can be changed weekly if required, there will be small charge for this. Apartment fully cleaned prior to arrival & after departure. Other cleaning by arrangement. There are beach balls, body boards, etc, in a cupboard for guest use

Lovely, spacious appartment... great value...

There have been many glowing reviews for this property - this was one of the reasons why we selected it. The images are an accurate reflection of both the interior accommodation and exterior location/amenities.We had booked three weeks, so we wanted to be sure that the apartment and location met our needs.

Prior to arriving, we had a few email communications with both the owner of the apartment (Maggie) and George. As mentioned by other reviewers, our questions were cheerfully and speedily responded to.

Although our flight from Heathrow arrived very early in the morning, with the help of the security guard, we gained access to the apartment without any problems.

Later that morning, George dropped by with milk, bread, and water, which was really thoughtful. Again, as many other visitors have alluded to, George is extremely friendly with lots of helpful knowledge about the local area.

The apartment was generally clean and tidy, with plenty of kitchen utensils, crockery, and cutlery. The double bed we used was quite comfortable, as were the sofas in the lounge.

All-in-all, the apartment was very well appointed.

We spent three very pleasant, relaxing weeks in this apartment and it was a real bonus to have patios at the front and rear of the property too. Although the apartment is handily close to the A3, the road noise is not too intrusive at the apartment.

Highly recommended.

Loved the property

The Property was presented to a much higher standard than anticipated - Main Balcony / Terrace was huge.

Air Conditioning was very effective (just as well as it was really hot!)

Pool area was generally quiet and clean.

George (who manages the property on-site) was unremittingly cheerful and sorted out any questions / problems within a few minutes.

Oceana Bay Village itself is a bit "in the country" - but just a really easy 2Km drive from a really nice sandy beach (probably just a 1/2 mile walk if the weather hadn't been too hot to make the attempt)

Spacious and fully equipped, and a lovely big terrace

We stayed at the apartment for 5 nights in October 2016 and really enjoyed our stay. We didn't have a chance to check out the gym as we were busy but there is a nice pool, and the apartment itself was really spacious and equipped with everything you could need, loads of kitchen equipment, spare towels, spare pillows and sheets etc. The beds were nice and comfy as well.

The apartment is located in a quieter area a bit removed from the hustle and bustle around the larger hotels on the seafront, and It's really easy to find from Larnaca airport, about a 20 minute drive on the A3, and 10-15 min drive back into the centre of Larnaca. We had a car but there is a bus stop right outside the complex with a regular service. The CTO beach is about 30 mins walk away.

The complex manager George was really helpful and accommodated all of our requests perfectly. Access through the gates requires you to call by phone so I would recommend you provide all of the mobile numbers in your party so that any of the numbers can be used to open the gate.

This is a really lovely apartment with 2 balconies overlooking the pool area and a lovely big terrace with views of the sea and comfy sun loungers. I would recommend without hesitation.

Wonderful apartment, great host, amazing price! Would recommend to anyone!

Apartment was the perfect for the 5 of us. The pool was very clean and very refreshing! Kitchen facilities allowed us to choose whether to eat at the apartment. The personal parking space was in the shade, great for when we wanted to go an explore the island. The area being gated made it feel more secure. The location was great - close enough to both Larnaka and Aiya Napa so we had more than enough to see and was only 25 mins from the airport. George the caretaker was great - he repsonded straight away if we asked anything, and advised us on some lovely places to go and see. The balcony at the apartment was great for a barbeque and the dining/living space was more than big enough for us all to relax. Being 32 degrees, the air conditioning was a life saver when we came back from a day out. Being self-catering we bought food and drinks for the apartment, would recommend a trip to Carrefour in Larnaka as it is easy to find and cheap and had a large range of products unlike some of the smaller supermarkets (including LiDLs). Maggie has been great making sure that we knew where we were going and answering any queries promptly. All in all, an amazing price for an amazing apartment!!!!

Really Wonderful

This was a wonderful stay. The apartment was lovely and we enjoyed staying here. The three bedrooms are spacious with a double bed in two of the bedrooms and twin beds in the third, and each has an individual air conditioning unit, blackout blinds, plenty of towels, and storage facilities for your clothes and other items. Very clean and well maintained. Maggie, the owner was very responsive and very easy to work with. George , the manager was in constant communication and met us at the complex to show us the facilities and get us orientated. He was also absolutely charming. Having a car made the apartment ideal, even though there was a bus stop right outside the complex. We even had a private parking spot that is assigned to the apartment. Cable tv, wifi, gym, pool, wonderful balconies, bbq, washing machine, and outdoor furniture made for very comfortable living. I heartily recommend the property and would stay nowhere else should we return.

First class service, first class apartment! Very highly recommended.

We rented an apartment for a week as we enjoy having our own living space while away on holiday and we were absolutely thrilled with the standard of our apartment. It was spacious, newly appointed with all the facilities you need for a luxurious holiday. It was very clean and well organised and with a great set of facilities including two balconies and a large private roof terrace and with air conditioning throughout. The complex itself is also very well looked after and has a gym, sauna and a great pool area. It even had vending machine for late night snacks! The property owner was very helpful and communicated with us at every opportunity prior to going and during our stay we met the Cypriot property manager, George who was equally charming and helpful and stayed in touch throughout our stay to ensure all our needs were met which they certainly were. We have stayed in many apartments in the past but I can say with certainty that this has been the best holiday let we've encountered with a great apartment and complex with all you could need with brilliant service to match. You are close to whatever you need with a number of beaches only moments away and the charm of 'real' Cyprus in the local villages. There are plenty of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and covering all types of food including Middle Eastern, Asian, British, Italian, Russian and of course, traditional Cypriot. I would recommend it highly and I will be returning again very soon and I can't wait!

The nearest beach is 15/20 minutes walk, or 5 minutes drive. Larnaca's beaches are approximately 20 minutes drive. The golden beaches of Nissi are about half an hour's drive.


Larnaca Airport - very easy reach, approximately 20 minutes.


Pyla village with its restaurants, tavernas & shops is a short walk away, or a couple of minutes drive.
