Situated in the Centre of the Lleyn, 10-mins drive from Abersoch and Aberdaron.

A superbly appointed detached stone cottage in a beautiful tranquil countryside setting, set within its own grounds of some 2 acres and from its elevated hillside position there are magnificent views across the peninsula with the Welsh Mountain range in the far distance with glimpses of Cardigan Bay.

The property provides generous accommodation to a contemporary high quality finish, and the owners have paid particular attention to retain the feeling of a traditional character cottage with many fine features including handmade antique style Pine kitchen units with similar custom made wardrobe furniture to three of the bedrooms.

The accommodation has attractive tiled flooring throughout with underfloor heating to all rooms and internal window shutters to the majority of the double glazed windows.

The grounds are divided into two parcels with the cottage surrounded by gardens and wide flagged terracing and backing onto a mature woodland.

The remaining grounds are at a lower level to the cottage and offers ample private parking

Ty Canol occupies a unique location ideal for those seeking peace and solitude, yet is centrally located for travelling to all the scenic areas of the Llyn Peninsula and within 6 miles of the highly acclaimed seaside village of Abersoch.
