Can Mola is a quiet house surrounded by orange and almond trees, with beautiful, sweeping views over the countryside.

Near the natural park of Cala Mondragó and the sandy beach of Porto Petro this vacation home is a perfect place for families!

Set in a landscape of beautiful orange groves and almond trees, this property is ideal for people who enjoy the outdoors and appreciate the country life of Mallorca.

Magnificent gardens surround the house with covered walkways and ponds plants and shrubs and a barbecue.

The house exudes quiet but very close to small towns and ports offering all kinds of fun.

3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms provide enough space for 6, which is a perfect retreat for families.

The interior living room has an old stone fireplace and wood-beamed ceilings.

At the entrance of the house you will find extensive grounds covered with beautiful orange and almond trees. Manicured gardens surround the property with access to barbecue and scenic trails.

The living room is bright and shares space with the dining room that extends off the kitchen.

There are 2 sofas, coffee table, TV, sound system and a large authentic stone fireplace for the colder winter months. The dining room has a table and seating up to 8 people and a window overlooking the gardens.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to eat and cook comfortably as an oven, refrigerator / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, pots, pans, silverware, dishes, plates, glassware and other kitchen appliances.

There are 3 double rooms on the property: one with a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, storage space, a window with lovely garden views and ample space.

The 2nd bedroom has loft with sloping ceilings with traditional beamed ceilings and an arched window overlooking the gardens and countryside. They can use up to 3 people, with 3 single beds, bedside table with lamp and a mirror.

The 3rd bedroom has 2 beds, a small table with a lamp and mirror and overlooking the plantations.

The toilets are composed of showers, 1 with bath, sink and toilet bathroom commodities such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap and towels.

Outward space there is a large covered terrace for outdoor dining and access to a barbecue area is an added bonus.

Beautiful plants and trees surrounding the house. Guests spend much time outdoors during most of your stay at this property!

Porto Petro, picturesque fishing village hosts a variety of typical Mallorcan restaurants offering fresh local produce. There are supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes and of course a beautiful promenade for a stroll at sunset.

The village s' Alqueria Blanca is also a 5-minute drive from the house where you can find everything you need including a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery and some bars and restaurants.

The beach of Cala Mondrago has an impressive nature reserve. The town of Cala D'or is close - find plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops.

From the airport of Palma to Portopetro is approximately 50 minutes driving. If you want to rent a car, this can be done at the airport or arrange before arrival to the island.

You also have the option of taking a taxi or a bus. Buses depart regularly from the airport and should take the bus number 1 to the Plaza de Palma Spain, from there a bus and train terminal offering routes all over the island.
