This apartment is extremely well located, just a couple of blocks north of Oxford street & Hyde Park, in the trendy Media & Fashion area of Marylebone . It is within walking distance to many London attractions. The street is quiet at night, yet moments away are some excellent of bars, restaurants and shops, in an area with lots of charm, character and history.

This apartment is a perfect central London base. It is a good size one bedroom apartment with kitchen, bathroom and lounge and sleeps 4 comfortably. The apartment is stylish, modern and has been recently decorated/furnished to a high standard. There is a comfortable lounge with open plan well equipped kitchen with large dining table. The lounge has a flat screen TV large couch and coffee table. The bedroom has a large double bed, with plenty of storage space.

There is a cot available for babies. No smoking or Pets are permitted. The apartment is set within a secure period building. With supermarket and local amenities just moments away.

The apartment is perfect for business travellers, families and visitors to London and is the perfect base to enjoy central London life, in a vibrant neighbourhood.

A roomy, bright flat in a great location!

We stayed in this apartment for 5 nights in late July/early August and found it very comfortable, spacious and accommodating for our family of 4 with two teen boys. Very clean with nice amenities. The management was very attentive and helpful from the inquiry process to checking-in. Upon arrival, they gave us tips on where to eat and where to shop (grocery) as well as "things to know" about the apartment itself. They were accessible anytime we had a question about the apartment and responded very quickly. The location of the apartment is just a few blocks from the busy "Marble Arch" tube station which is on the red central line. We used the tube a lot and if you are a visitor outside of UK, we highly recommend the Visitor Oyster Card. The location was great for easy access to transport --even grabbing a taxi if you need one, and it is a very nice area as well as culturally diverse. The kitchen was well-equipped and we actually ate in quite a bit. We were usually so tired after a day of sight-seeing that we didn't feel like eating out at a restuarant and chose take-away or easy to prepare foods bought at the grocery store (be sure to bring your own sturdy shopping bag or purchase one at the store). So nice to come "home" to an apartment where you can take it easy and relax. We used the washing machine a few times too and although there is not a dryer, there is a very large drying rack. There was some street noise mostly on weekend nights but actually being on the below ground floor helped mitigate a lot of the street noise. In all, we really enjoyed our stay at M3 Street and highly recommend it. Thanks so much! BTW--our boys loved the door knocker!

Fantastic flat in the heart of Marylebone, London

This flat exceeded our expectations - it is located on a quiet and beautiful street only 3 blocks from Oxford Street and Marble Arch tube station. Head north in the opposite direction and you are in the heart of historic Marylebone. Marylebone high street has fantastic shops, restaurants and ambiance. The flat was clean, quiet and comfortable (as were the beds and linens.) The kids loved learning that John Lennon lived on the street! Thank you to Sean and Roberto for your warm and helpful customer service.

Very happy.

In June 2016, I stayed here with my family. 2 Adults and 2 Children. We are from USA.

We were very comfortable and had plenty of space. The bedroom sleeps two adults in a queen-size bed, my oldest slept on the additional bed in the extra room, and there was a convertible futon/bed. The couch could also sleep a additional small child in a pinch. Ample closet space in the bedroom. Kitchen table with seating for 4, and full kitchen/fridge. We also used the clothes-washing machine and the drying rack, which worked out fine. The bathroom and shower/tub was also fine.

The location of the apartment was most excellent - 3 minute walk to Tube station, 3 minute walk to more bus stations, 3 minute walk to Hyde park. Restaurants, bakery, shopping also right around the corner. Although the apartment was centrally located with everything in walking distance, it was still very quiet at night. We didn't hear our neighbors above/beside us, and there was no road/car traffic or noise from outside. A nice, safe, peaceful residential area.

The apartment manager was right on time, met us at the front door upon arrival, and explained the apartment to us (Keys, WIFI code, etc). He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The communication through email prior to arrival was easy.

We were very happy with our stay. If you plan to stay in London for more than just a few days, booking this apartment will be much better than a hotel room. You will have more space, more features, with a better price - and you'll feel like a local.
