Good size, well equipped, well placed: quiet location 5min from main resorts. Yves very helpful

Appartment clean, beds comfortable and all you could need in the kitchen. A good sized pool cleaned every day and few people using it so felt like we had it to ourselves. Supermarket 2min walk, pricing very good. Restaurants close also. 5min drive from Adeje and Los Christianos, etc. Great choice of places to eat, often giving good value for money. Whale and dolphin watching a must. Yves was very helpful with good communication before the holiday, he arranged a welcome even though we arrived late (11pm) and accommodating about departure time as we wanted to leave late in the day. Would recommend location and this appartment.

Great stay

Everything about the stay was excellent - the property, the location & the owner.

The property provided everything we needed for our holiday - furniture, fixtures and fittings were in good condition and there were nice touches such as providing bin bags (I am sure lots of people know what I mean when I make a specific point of this). The roof terrace was fantastic with all day sunshine (with shaded areas if required), along views of the sea and Teide.

For me the location was excellent - it is not in a tourist area and you will benefit greatly from a car but I like to spend my time in a local environment where possible. However if you don't want to travel to far there is a well stocked supermarket on your doorstep with a well stocked, and excellent, meat counter along with with two really good restaurants - how the Lupita produce the quality it does at the price it charges for its menu del dia still astonishes me.

Finally, Yves the owner was fantastic - very helpful, flexible and easy to communicate with - he ensured our stay went without an issues.

Fantastic, clean and excellent value for money

We stayed at the apartment for one week, 6 people in total and were more than happy with the size/ cleanliness of the property.

For the cost it is well equipt with bedding and towels provided.

Easy straightforward meet and hand over of keys on arrival/ departure.

Personally I would have preferred better quality pillows and maybe a couple more sun loungers on the terrace but was not a problem.

We did not use the pool facility but seemed clean and busy.

All throughly enjoyed our stay and would return in the future.

Spacious apartment in a nice quiet area. All you need provided. Great location but need a car as easy to access the autopista sur. Yves was very helpful and waited for us on arrival as we were delayed with the car rental company. Would have no hesitation in recomending as accomodation.

Owner's Response: il est bien sûr exact qu'un véhicule vous facilite la visite de cette splendide île qu'est Santa Cruz de Tenerife à partir de Parque de la Reina qui vous donne accès directement vers le Nord et le Sud de l'île soit via l'autoroute soit via les nationales plus champêtres . vous pouvez aussi profiter du réseau très développé des bus ( pour vous rendre dans les centres touristiques tout proches : Los Cristianos, Playas Americas, Puerto Colon, Costa Adeje, Adeje ... it is of course true of a vehicle makes your visit to this beautiful island of Santa Cruz de Tenerife from Parque de la Reina that gives you direct access to the North and South of the island is via the highway or through the more rural national. you can also enjoy the extensive network of bus ( to go in tourist centers nearby: Los Cristianos, Playas Americas, Puerto Colon, Costa Adeje, Adeje ...

Owner's Response: comme toujours et dans la continuation, nous avons mis l'accueil,la proprete et le service en avant. le seul regret c'est que je ne parle pas l'allemand,les échanges sont donc plus difficiles. Wie immer und in der Folge haben wir die Begrüßung, die Sauberkeit und den Service vorangebracht. Das einzige Bedauern ist, dass ich kein Deutsch spreche, Austausch ist schwieriger.
